There should be a fair cap of about 250 - first come, first serve, the bankers should say "10m drop party in 5minutes! Currently: 150 spots open! doors are locked until end of drop, if theres a party of 20m+ raise cap to maybe 350 (this way the spirit of the party room is still around) No followers in the room, they are held outside of door but not dismessed, forced to be in inv.
