The laws she broke were designed to protect children from abuse, the lady who wanted the law said this is ridiculous, and finally we are using the courts to give children a time out. The only person she hurt by this was herself, so why should she be punished? Her punishment should be the emparisment of society + her parents, she needs to get councling, not jail time. Why have it sit in the bank? Just get bursts + bandos, 96 sum is more valuable then 3a that rots in a bank tbh...but in the end its your choice.
