jagex has never said that they wont raise skills to 120, in fact its only a matter of time before they have to the actual quote multiple times has been "we currently have no plans on raising skills to 120" this doesnt mean it cant happen in the future

on top of 3 pernix drops at nex earlier today, was a pretty good day for the nex hunters, as soon as new dung quest comes out the hex hunters will probably be back together

vey nice indeed a setup description and details of your fight would be nice, if not a vid So is soloing impossible atm? Can you only make it to half hp? I would imagine that, with the current weaponry, it is impossible to out-DPS her blood form. And even if you could, it is extremely difficult to survive the Ice form by yourself. ice might be the easiest solo form, she barely damages and the only thing you need is about 5 super prayers the only significant damage she could do would be ice prison, and yes you can break yourself out of your own ice prison with practice, im at the point where i can do it abuot 80% of the time myslef, id immagine in a serious attempt you would practice enough to be perfect if i beat blood with prayer left its a free pace to zaros, at zaros id get destryoed tho

bonbloc has definately not made 10x ancients bank, in that 3b he made he only kept about 600m of it from splitting, considering i see ancient at nex with over a bil on most of the time i dought hes pkex 10b+ after splitting

this is the 2nd best nex solo in rs 2nd to woox16 by 1241 dmg at nexs lowest point of hp this was my first try at solo not counting 12k dmg on mages and healing, i got her down 12954 dmg, so roughtly 13k/30k, basicly half i used only range the entire kill this is the best solo attemp in rs with range only sure there may be a couple who have tried this no vid, but only 1 other has vid for proof, or even pic i vidded it, it was 17 minutes, im uploading the vid right now, and i have commentary for all you noobs to hear me, funny thing is i did skype commentary just naturaly and when i looked at the clip i realised the commentary was on there so i started laughin and decided to put it on the vid this will be the only vid of its kind as far as a solo this far with commentary the whole way showing you guys whats goin on i didnt have full pernix like woox, i had full arma + pernix cowl + elysian spirit shield + other max range setup vid up soon edit: got cere gloves from 2nd mage and didnt loot rofl

agreed, not only is she very similar to a dg boss (the high hp, the strategy, dodgable attacks, and oh yea....most of her abilitys are from kal'ger and thunderous) also people with high dg are experienced in fighting smart bosses and generaly more experienced in strategic combat

actualy the forms are divided in 5ths, each of the 4 mage forms is 1/5th, and the curse phase heals from 1/5th to 2/5ths so: melee - 6k range - 6k melee - 6k melee - 6k range - 12k tied at 18k, however i prefer ranging ice

its not a bug gwd generals still destroy it you cannot take it into fight caves many previous places it couldnt be used it still cant the only changes are that the gold one can go to ct and kuradals, seems like a nice rewards for the smithing guild this does make blk demons + steel titan the best effigys tho, about 1.2/h + great crimsons, probably 200-300 crimsons/h at max pace cannoning wfs would be more probably, but would be very deadly since cannon would draw agro from all of them on you

there's really no point in testing arma since its either karils or void imo. you really need the extra melee attack, and mage defense doesn't really do anything from my experience as long as people can lure nex away when killing mages mage defense shouldn't do anything big. its for the range attack and prayer, not magic defense. +6 range attack is somewhere around 3% dps (arguably higher because you get proportionally more ruby specs) unless you don't melee at all, i would value 7 melee attack against 3 range attack and 1 prayer based on a rather small sample of data, arma is around 5% better for nominal damage per unit time. i should collect more data to be more sure though the main strategy behind using arma and high range accuracy is that more of your ruby specs hit, which arguably contribute to dps much more than melee. i'd argue you get a comparable number of claws and ruby specs in one kill; if not, more ruby specs also, maxing out range bonus definitely does make a big difference. with archer(i), ranger boots, full arma, zammy book, and alerter you're looking at a solid +8+8+10+6+8+5 = 43 more range attack compared to a setup which focuses on melee except on last form you should use diamonds because if you are rr tanking you die from rubies and also they only hit 300 when they spec but did jagex change nex so that she mages during the first form now even though everyone is in melee range? i can't get her to stop maging even if everyone is meleeing. I think her first form is like shadow where the farther apart you are the less damage you take arma almost always beats karils + hybrid in our ffas and you say it makes melee worse, its becuase you dont melee, you just range full arma + pernix cowl using just range will beat a maul quite often, i cant even immagine how pernix would do i cant believe stoke actualy used full pernix + rapier, id bet so much money ranging would still be better
