Mazchna gives only one point. 1-4 mazchna. 5+ duradel. Or 5-9 chaeldar. 10 duradel. 11-19 chaeldar. 20 duradel. You could use the method you just described but you'd have to rush through mazchna's tasks in order to gain points at a decent rate.

The very first 4 tasks should be Mazchna, they don't matter. The fifth and sixth, seventh, eighth, and so on all reward points. So if you're going to go to Duradel go to him always. There are also bonuses on the tenth, twentieth, thirthieth, fourtieth, and fiftieth tasks. You always get points after any task past the fifth one.

Just wear your best melee gear possible but with an anti-dragon shield instead. A whip is a good weapon.

Hmm you could try for 99 ranged, the only way to make money would be on metal dragons. 76 is a little low for that. A noncombat skill that would definitely return money is 99 woodcutting. Just sell all the yew logs when you finish. OR Get to 99 woodcutting, then fletch the logs and alch them for close to 99 fletching or 99 fletching as well. This would give magic experience, too.

You need to have near 100% run energy and weigh little.

Whoops, sorry #-o . I'll change it. As it says above I would like a method with little drain that is still relatively fast. I have 2.5 million but I would rather not spend it.

So I obviously am getting up my smithing for the new quest, Rocking Out. I am currently level 64 and need to be at 69. I am looking for the fasted method possible with little or no money loss. I have 2.5m but I really, really don't want to spend it.

I personally like the temple of flamtaer, which is a really cheap, but slow method. I also like to make tiaras, I am not sure how much silver bars cost so I can't tell you the price. The fastest way is green dragonhide vambraces I hear. Once again sorry I cannot help with the price.

I would recommend starting slayer at an early level. It might be a little tough though. You could also try rock crabs in Rellakka.

Stats are good for lower leveled players, it's not really a great helmet.

Kill mogres and you'll get both of them fairly easily.
