Iron Maiden is amazing live. Best band I've ever seen live AINEC.

Depends on the band and venue tbh. Pretty much all "live" recordings have a kind of energy to them that studio versions don't, but they're not as clean and if the band/venue sucks they can sound like crap. With a good band/venue though, the song still is just as clean and you get the energy as well.
