  3. Dude, men and women are the same. Some are douches who would cheat on a significant other, some aren't.
  4. $1,000,000 to you to name a man who wouldn't cheat on their significant other.
  5. Seems more like a rant to me :P Moved.
  6. Scattergun or Shortstop are the only ones worth using imo.
  7. The interesting thing is that in the United States, people of Indian and Pakistani descent (I think Brits call them Pakis?) are among the least likely to commit crime among identifiable racial groups. Why? Nearly all are immigrant doctors, professors, or engineers, and such people rarely commit crime. Specific immigration policies are an important part of how crime is distributed. Yup, and once again - these people are all or at least have been fairly prosperous. Crime rate is more strongly associated with income than anything else..
  8. http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/How_To_Assemble_A_Desktop_PC Beautiful. That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks  y/w that's the one I used, building computers isn't that hard - i'd recommend posting your build in T&C though before you do anything, couple guys there are really good with finding deals and making sure everything is compatible.

  10. I don't really know much about computers. Can I access the content of multiple hard drives simultaneously? Would I have to manually switch between the two? Is it possible at all? Yes it is, however only if you have more than one hard drive seat. You may run into complications though. I'm not sure laptop hard drives can be put into pcs. Did a little more research - it's probably a standard SATA connector so you should be able to connect it fine, but mounting it might be difficult as the mounts for desktop hard drives and laptop ones may be different. EDIT: And yes, one drive, multiple partitions is much more likely with a laptop.

I don't know about the laptop hdd in particular, but in general you can hook up multiple drives and just see them in your "My computer" the same way you'd see a USB stick. You'd have to yank the laptop drive though and see what kind of connector it has on it. My gut feeling says it would be fine but I'm not sure. Also you'd need a mobo on your desktop with multiple ports, almost all of them have that though.
  12. Dogs can be trained to bite, sure, but it's also in their nature as wild animals. Just like baby humans bite as well - if you didn't train them not to do so they'd continue to do so as they got older also.
  13. The very same. There will always be a hint of bitterness when you ask a Leafs fan about Tyler Seguin. I don't know about "always", probably just as long as Kessel plays for the leafs. For example, I don't know any leafs fans who are still bitter about Scott Neidermayer..
  14. Oh God, that was sad. And of course Seguin gets the hat trick :wall:
  15. Yeah this is basically what I do. I do have a credit card, but I only use it because it's easy to pay, not actually for credit. I pay in full every month. I hope to buy a car loan free (already got through school loan-free). Buying a house without a mortgage is a long shot at best but I hope I'll be able to do that too.
  16. The main reason mixed-race people commit more crime is because they're poorer. White people would commit just as much crime if they had as little money as these "mixed race" people to whom you're referring.
  17. STEAM CANNOT CONNECT TO ITEM SERVER
  18. A ton of games (and other software) do just fine with beta releases prior to the production release. Long overdue.
  19. The riots won't stop corporate greed at all, period. I don't necessarily disagree with what they're protesting about, I just don't see how the rioting/demonstrations are actually going to affect change..
