In my opinion, you should have to choose are you a PKer or a Skiller before you enter the game, and you are binded to that task for the whole round. Skillers are unable to attack other players, and PKers are unable to gather recourses. This would force PKers to co-operate with the Skillers, instead of being self-sufficient.

Yeah, I also have two unfair offences placed on my account, and they're "Deferred" for me too. I know that these short mutes aren't anything lifechanging, but I think we should be able to clean our offence records, careless of are we facing permanent ban/mute or just 24-hour mute.
