Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'
Wait, what do the stereotypes of Massachusetts have to do with this?

Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'
[hide=] [/hide] When I say crazies I don't mean the people going door to door, i mean the people that carry there bible to school, yell verses on street corners (in a city of 1 million) and build huge mega churches bigger then the state capitol and airport.

Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'

Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'
So by your "logic" San Fransisco, Massachusetts and Canada are all the same?

Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'
Please enlighten me on Massachusetts stereotypes. No, we don't. Texas for one has the best public education system in the Union. And on average southerners score higher on tests such as the SAT and ACT tests. Uhm, the southern states are the most religious, what does that have to do with SAT or ACT scores? And I highly doubt Texas has the best public education, though when you live in Oklahoma you get a skewed view of any thing Texan. (for example we had a new student that came from Texas she said that AP classes and concurrent enrollment were not offered at her high school[though of course thats just one high school]) I live in the buckle of the bible belt, and there are quite a few crazies here. I really hate it when they come to your door and ask to come to there church... -.-

The Political Compass, Where Do You Stand?
- DC v Heller decided
Where do you live? In the US there is a waiting period of a few weeks on machine guns, and in Canada (as your signature suggests) Machine guns are banned altogether. I state right were i currently live in that post. ;)- DC v Heller decided
yah, were i live i can go downtown and legally buy a fully automatic assault rifle. -.- Oklahoma Besides you can run away from a guy with a knife...- DC v Heller decided
Then how come were in countries were gun control is very strict, the violent crime rate is far below the U.S. crime Rate.- Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'
I'm sorry i wasnt really paying attention there, ill take your name out of the quotes, and leave my argument there as a gernral rebuttal.- Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'
The SUN. The earth has more mass than the mountains thats why we don't fly around the rocks, and the moon is much closer to the earth then to the sun, the earth gravity keeps in in its orbit. What evidence do you have to support your theory? If there is no such thing as gravity.. what causes tides? That dosent even make sense. 1. As a fetus human babies resemble what we evolved from, that why fetuses have a tail. 2. He never said that, that is a lie. Many people after him have found more evidence to support his theories. 3. why would i believe a book that has no supporting evidence, and was made by ancient people that had very little understanding of the world, so they made stuff up, or at least pairtly. 4. We humans still have some body linguistics that monkeys also have. And that whole atheist margiorty story, I am atheist i do not believe in any of thous things you said. (except for apportion for rape) Oh and in my home country, atheist/agnostic/etc cover almost 25% of the population. [hide=big pic][/hide]- DC v Heller decided
This is why you should not have guns in your house. http://www.charleston.net/news/2008/feb ... otato_chi/ And most often the security alarm is enough to scare away a bugler.- Intelligent people = 'less likely to believe in God'
I agree wit that as well, and I was just poking a bit of fun at you. By the way, as to the whole "free time" argument, how do you explain Muslims having been the leading scientific group in the Middle Ages, despite praying very often during their day? Sorta defuncts that idea. lol, good point. They did invent algebra and all.- DC v Heller decided
And people within this country trying to kill you are not equally a threat? I'm reminded of someone else's words on this subject (I will be paraphrasing): "Guns are banned, and law abiding citizens, being law abiding citizens, turn in their guns, while law breaking criminals, being law breaking criminals, keep their guns. Then when a law breaking criminal breaks into a house wielding a gun, the law abiding citizen is left defenseless, and therefore more likely to be killed." People have the right to bear arms for protection; the way I read the amendment, the militia and right to keep and bear arms are separate ideas. Also, are you saying that disarming innocent people protects innocent people? Thats what the police and ADT are for. I have never of have had my house broken into.- DC v Heller decided
The 2nd amendment is completely out dated. The whole point of the 2nd amendment was to provide security in case a European power invaded, back when there was no regular military. But now the US has an army, navy, air force, coast guard, marines etc. The 2nd amendment should be changed or completely taken out.- Do You Beleive in Ghosts? Aliens? Zombies? Other?
Aliens: YES Zombies: NO Ghosts: NO- Zombie Breakout: one weapon, one song, one companion
Weapon - Maschinenpistole 44 Song - Teenagers by My Chemical Romance Companion - My best friend Ian- Oil and the Future
With hydrogen, it emits water vapor.- Drawball - New Recruits Needed!
