Now what happened was, these guys had gone out, tivo'd the winning lotto numbers from the night before, and gone out and bought a ticket with those exact numbers to give to their friend. They played it out like he had actually won the lottery. Needless to say, the guy was really emotional the whole way through, from when he thought that he won, to the emotional crash when he figured out that he was duped.

Whenall ever I'd have one of my panic attacks, I'd just go out, have a nice, cold glass of water, or milk is even better if you can get ahold of some. (You know milk, always running away like that) Just sit down, back straight to the chair just as if you were gonna meditate, and chill. Deep breaths, take a good sip. Nothings gonna go wrong, after all, you are now thinking about a muffin. Now that I smoke however I RARELY get revisits by my panic attacks, and even when I do, one smoke and I'm fine after something to drink. But I also used to be on lorazepram, which worked bloody wonders for mine, talk to your doctor about it. But yeah, meditation is also another really good way to go, I would go into the B&N's by my place all the time, just reading anything I could on the subject, and it's not all that hard to control once you figure out what works for you. What all I've mentioned might not work as well for you as it did for me. I can tell you another thing; [hide=DON'T TELL ANYONE]:-$ That lorazepram stuff works on hangovers just as well as panic attacks. :thumbsup:[/hide] So don't be afraid to try a few different thing, no matter how crazy they may seem. After all, what have you got to lose? The panic attack. :mrgreen:

Memes, if used correctly and in moderation are perfectly fine. However, this is NEVER the case. As everyone seems to have the idea of; "OMGZ MEME LOLOLOL MEME LAZORS PWNJOO ANIME OLOLOL!!11!OnE@TWo!" It get's [bleep]ing annoying, and fast. [hide=Perfect example;][/hide] Memes are only "cool" for a very short period of time, however then you have all of these new[bleep]s who come in, see it posted, "OMGZ BOXXY" and it revives, even sicker than the last time. How'd you [bleep] up? Today I took an ICAS maths test, had an internal on child labour, had 3 guitar practises and here I am. Not eventful, I miss having time to spend with my friends during lunch breaks -.- I didn't. I was just in to take my picture. We finally get there after my mom [bleep]ing got lost 4 times.. only to find out that the computers were down. :wall:

Didn't get my license today..[bleep]ing god awful day.. broke as [cabbage].. still completely stressed out as hell.. need a hug.. That's why I like our system, all you do to clock in and out is type your number in, hit "y", and there you go. Just this week I've already gotten 7.5ot. I still have 2 more shifts at least to account for. Yeah it's been a fun week.
