Cypher is the Dark Angels Primarch in disguise, I think. He improves the Imperium through "What doesn't kill me, only makes me stronger" methods. At least, that's my theory. It's probably wrong, but hey. I would say that you're Abaddon, but we all know Abaddon is an incompetant moron of a leader who has failed in no less than 13 black crusades.

That's Dusty for you. Speaking of which, I found him a character from WH40k KHARN THE BETRAYER. CLEARLY.

Dungeons & Dragons
okay, finished making part 4 of the campaign. For the record, you guys just started part 3, so you have a fair way to go yet. Session on at 12:00, as per usual. Retech said that he may be back halfway through the session, Paul, Grim and Icu should all be here, having given me no notices of absence. Earth is probably going to shout "I'M NOT PLAYING" again or something, regardless of the fact that with games like D&D, you either tell somebody you don't want to play, or you tell them you aren't going to turn up in advance. You can't just arrive and say "Not playing".

Zombie Plans-Revised
ESE2, you say "Would" instead of "Have". Think, man! They could be coming this very second, and you're saying "I would have X"! You could be in mortal danger!

Icu, if trade didn't happen, nobody would be able to do anything, therefore we assume that it still happens, but do not incorperate it into any system. Delivery from space is inneffective and innefficient. You'd need hundereds, no, thousands of ships, small enough that they could leave the atmosphere again. Now, assuming each of these fairly small ships would feed 100 people for an entire year (Too much, but it wont matter at all because it's so absurd), you would need SEVEN HUNDERED THOUSAND SHIPS PER YEAR. That's seven million ships per decade. Stupid idea. PS. Oh man Archi, sounds like a rough deal. I'm sure things will get better though, just give it a few weeks.

Zombie Plans-Revised
This thread is about dealing with a class 3 / class 4 outbreak. It isn't about us sitting here and saying "ZOMBIES WONT HAPPEN GUYS" and sitting in a circle agreeing with each other about that. This is about what you would do if it is already here.

Errr....No. Not at all. Definately not. Global warming? Doesn't come into the equation. Needs more thought. Trade still happens. Though we don't keep track. As for resources? That's covered by trade. We assume that trade brings resources. So, infinite mines? I think not. Building thousands of farms. Destroying all countryside. Bad idea. Very bad idea. [bONUS POINTS IF YOU RECOGNISE THE SPEECH PATTERN]

No, instead they'll pretty much crush you to death due to you barely being able to move. You end up like a turtle. Flip turtle over, and then you're just spinning your legs and arms on the floor, while being crushed by masses of zombies.

Except... Britain is self sustaining. Wat. Britain has one of the highest populations/Total landmasses of all countries. We are a tiny island, with a whole lot of people. Seriously, where the hell did you get that?
-
Hegemony
A wall around an island is stupid. It makes seige incredibly easy, providing your opponent has taken AA measures. Block the main trade entrances, and where normally they would find new ways to get supplies in, they would have to scale a steel wall. Lack of supplies, everyone dies.

Okay, good start, but the screw driver would probably be better used as an impromtu trench spike. That is, drive it into the zombies skull or eye socket, both of which result in an instant kill. I would hope there is a crowbar somewhere in that flat, too. Also, Mather, YOUR FRIENDS REQUIRE EDUCATION. GIVE THEM A FOUR HOUR ZOMBIE SURVIVAL LECTURE UNDER THE GUISE OF A PARTY.

Hegemony
Oh right. Didn't actually think I said that I was continuing it, so I just wanted to make sure.

Also, another project is started which is general enhancement of Crisis suits.

Ding dong the hex is gone. I did have something relevant to post, but I forgot what it is.

I tire of pointing out flaws in peoples plans the first tme they post on this thread. Somebody else do it this time.

Dungeons & Dragons
"Still fighting through endless waves of the undead, the party is beginning to tire. However, even in their exhausted state, they manage to make short work of a particularly intimidating looking zombie, and find a veritable bucketload of loot. This, of course, sparks tension, because apparently Jen wants a bloodstained necklace to make herself look pretty, while the rest of the party wishes to sell it. They eventually find a good spot to take a rest, and it shall be greatly required, lest they fall to the unknown evils that lie beyond the chapel gates." Imposing, eh? I'm sort of experimenting with a special reward right now. if you guys don't like it, I can remove it, but I think it's a pretty cool idea, really.

We're playing D&D right now, sorry.

Okay, finished part 3 of the campaign, and rejigged the whole thing so that it makes more sense (Storyline wise), and I got the oppertunity to put in a totally OP boss which will probably slaughter you all! Well, maybe. This also means there will be a part four of the campaign. Anyway, we can get this rolling now. IP is 90.200.144.170. You know the drill, if you can't connect, just yell and I will go beat the crap out of my router.

Trol, I still request that we either split Turkmenistan, or leave it to me. Splitting it would be an alright option as well.
-
Hegemony
Dude, I already said that you can have whichever one is directly above that one. The one which is connected to you. I definately want the one I border though. I believe it's Turkmenistan.
-
Dungeons & Dragons
Yeah, there's no need to worry. I doubt you're going to miss anything more than 1/2 of the final level, so you'll still be around for the important stuff.

Hegemony
I think it would be one, in which case it'd be worth 1 trillion per decade. Although I could be pulling these figures from the Aether, I think I read that somewhere.
-
Hegemony
I fail to see why accepting the offer and getting 10 billion per decade is worthwhile when one can just construct a biodome ourselves and gain the full amount. It's less efficient your way, I think.
