Ares looks for Jen. He then attempts to manipulate the dark, and fire it forwards, seeing what happens. I assume nothing, but still.

Dungeoneering
Ares attempts to manipulate the dark using his higher levelled dark magic, creating an absence of dark in the dark realm.
-
Dungeoneering
Ares awakes to find an abandoned battlefield. He senses a faint trace of lingering energy from Jen being blasted out of this realm. He sits down and attempts to send himself into the same darkworld.

Last Roll. Igos- You create a small fireball and fire it down on Kemios, dealing minor damage. Archarnis breaks free and heals himself. +.2 healing. Grim- There are 3 doorways, one on the norther side, eastern side, and western side. Wraiths dissolve when they die and drop no loot. Umbra- It was one of those "Really powerful, but knocks you the hell out" sort of attacks. You fail to heal.

(Going to stop at 1:00, alright?) Umbra- Orb was destroyed, so I'll skip that. You fire...a regular dark bolt...? and it hits...Kemios? Who the hell were you aiming for? +.2 dark magic anyway I suppose. Grim- You heal yourself, and then kill the final wraiths. +.1 healing, +.2 lance skill Vera- Alrighty. It'll be finished after the session anyway, so lets say tommorow. Ares- Rocovers, and tries to fly up again.

Umbra- You create a dark shield around you, and succeed in healing your arm. +.2 dark, +.2 healing. Grim- You slightly heal yourself, and then use magic to kill another two wraiths. Two remain. They attack you, but they both miss. +.1 healing, +.2 fire. Vera- How big is the wall? Ares- Ares fires a twined spear of light and dark at Umbra's shield, breaking through it, and dealing moderate-high damage to Umbra. Ares is temporarily stunned and falls to the floor. +.2 light, +.2 dark.

Umbra- You fire some dark bolts at Ares, dealing some moderate damage. +.2 dark. Grim- The shield does little to deter them, and only pushes them back slightly. You fire some arrows and fireballs, dealing little damage to the wraiths. The remaining wraiths attack you. two of them miss, but the other two deal heavy damage. Igos- Skeletal hands grab Ares' legs, and you hit him with a fireball. +.1 necro, +.2 pyro. Vera- 100g total. Kemios- The elemental misses. Umbra- The tendrils fire the elemental which you summoned and the elemental grabs Ares' foot, dragging him down at a quick pace. Vera- You gain no xp, unfortunately. Grim- They're ethereal beings, and as such, non magic based attacks don't work. You injure another wraith with your lance (Magical) +.2 lance skill. Igos- The fireball misses due to Ares being dragged down. Archarnis fails to break free again. Kemios- You summon a sound elemental. +.2 sound magic. Ares- Tries to launch a lance of light at the elemental grabbing his leg, destroying it utterly and then landing on the ground again. +.2 light.

Vera- +.1 swordsmanship Umbra- You struggle free, and eventually break the bones. You try to cast, but due to you still stumbling, miss completely. Grim- The 5 wraiths notice you as soon as you draw your weapon. You kill one, and injure another and the other three warp next to you to attack. Two of them hit you for moderate damage. +.2 archery. Igos- You cut the tendrils away. +.2 swordsmanship. Archarnis fails to burn the tendrils. Hakon- you fail to assemble the pieces. Kemios- You accidentily explode yourself and fly across the field. Ares- Attempts to fire another arc of darkness at Umbra's legs, and succeeds in keeping him from regaining his balance and dealing some minor damage. +.2 dark.

Jen- How does one freeze fire solid , you fail to freeze Igos. I did roll on the meditation. You got .2 ice xp. You learn a new attack by thinking of it, it's your current magic level and success rate which matters. Umbra- Archarnis, Igos and Jen are constricted slightly. +.1 shadow. Hakon- You succeed. +.1 crafting. Igos- You pin Umbra to the ground for a while. +.2 necromancy. Archarnis burns Ares for some damage. +.2 solarmancy. Vera- +.3 swordsmanship. Ares- Takes his chance and launches an arc of dark energy at Umbra for a knockout, but misses slighly and hits his leg instead. +.1 dark. Oh yeah, and a note, meditation has a chance to make your mind go blank and make you lose a small amount of xp, since otherwise it would be free afk xp.

Jen- You fail to get up from the floor, flopping around hilariously. (It would appear your luck is still abysmal, as per usual.) Umbra- You create two weak barriers (Weak due to having to focus on them both to keep them stable.) +.1 dark. Igos- You create a small ring of fire around Jen. +.1 pyro Archarnis tries to create a bright light, and ends up stunning the combatants for a few seconds. +.2 solarmancy. Hakon- You fell a tree. Vera- You find nothing of note. Ares- flies back up into the air and launches a dark wave at the general direction of Archarnis and Igos, hitting them both for very minor damage. +.1 dark.

Umbra- You knock Ares out of the sky and deal some damage. +.2 dark. Jen- You fail to draw any magic. Hakon- You fail to use force magic. Igos- Kay. Vera- 3.1, yeah. Jen destroyed Potsdel, so New Exile is your only option really, since it's decent sized. Ikana as well I guess. Ares- Fires an arc of darkness at Jen, knocking her off her feet and dealing some damage. +.3 dark.

Umbra- You summon a shadow tendril, and then use it to fire the dark elemental, which promptly misses and dies when it hits the ground. You heal your wounds slightly. +.1 healing. Jen- Why not. Vera- If you said you started last night, then yeah. +.7 crafting. Hakon- You launch a force bolt with greater power than expected and totally annihilate the tree. +.3 force magic. Igos- They thank you, and state that they don't really have any specialities as such. Ares- Fires a bolt of darkness at Umbra's shadow tendrils, destroying a few of them. +.2 dark.

Hakon- You fail to cut down the tree. Umbra- You fail to summon a shadow tendril. You summon a dark elemental. +.1 dark. Jen- As you draw the string, the bow snaps, unsurprisingly. As you try to cut the strange stick, it seems to reform as soon as you use the knife on it. Igos- The travellers just want a place to live for a while. (23:00, why?) Ares- Fires a bolt of light at the dark elemental, inflicting a glancing blow and not doing much. +.1 light.

Hakon- Kay. Igos- The smith makes you an iron staff. A small group of travellers has been waiting at the gate for a few days. About 15 of them. Archarnis makes a light. +.1 solarmancy. Jen- +.2 ice magic. Solid water is ice...It doesn't have any other form, elastic or otherwise. You'd need another material, in all likelyhood. Umbra's tendrils still cannot reach Ares due to him being quite high up. The dark bolts hit and deal some moderate damage. +.1 dark. Ares- Fires a bolt of darkness at Umbra, hitting his foot, dealing some minor damage. +.1 dark.

Hakon- You create a bowstring. +.2 crafting. Jen- You gain no knowledge of light magic. Umbra is basically fighting me, since kemios is asleep. It's a training fight, so no killing blows. Igos- 100 gold. Archarnis fails to enchant the orb. Ares- Fires a wave of darkness in Umbra's general direction. The wide range allows it to hit with better accuracy, but far less power, dealing only minor damage. +.1 dark.

Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
I never liked the stargate stuff anyway. That said, I don't think it should be a total restart. There should be some balancing, as long as NONE OF IT IS BASED ON STARGATE IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.

...That means I have to wake up before 5:00 PM. I hope I can manage that.
