It should go like 20-30 years in the future. Like the kind of weapons that are being researched and developed now.

Because the Wii isn't optimized for online play. You cant even use proper voice chat. If IW want to push online play as much as they can how can they do it on outdated technology? Frankly I think IW is taking the right approach by ignoring the Wii, and not wasting time and manpower on developing a game which will always be inferior to the other versions. When you bought a Wii you didn't buy it for serious online gameplay. You bought it for party games and casual play. I know I did.

Dead Space. Pretty damn impressive horror game. And also Resistance 2, which penetrates Halo 3 in it's sore and fragile rectum.

I don't think it would be too extreme to place COD6 in some kind of alternate history, perhaps where the cold war became a full scale war. Personally I think a COD game set in Vietnam would be great.

Treyarch had worked on WAW since COD3. I dont think WAW sucks, but there are fundamental issues that need adressing, such as gun balance, glitching, lag etc.

Better servers Toned down grenade damage, like WAW's grenade damage. No 3xFragg/[bleep]g More game modes (HC domination, HQ etc) Kick after 3 teamkills More guns, camos etc And more [bleep]ing DLC. COD4 has sold, what, 14 million copies or something? Yet only one lousy map pack with 4 maps, one which cant even be played on in TDM.

I doubted it. But it actually looks like a decent third party Wii game for a change, one that I wouldn't piss on.

Very true. It's funny when someone tries to shoot at me from behind with a machine gun, but they only hit me once in the leg or something like that. The top and bottom have the best mage def in the game apart from Armadyl, which is just too expensive in relation to karils. Barrows is a big indicator of how Jagex favour melee, 4/6 brothers melee, 3/3 sets with a useful special are melee.

How can you get 480i? Isn't standard def 576i? I know you can get 480p with a cable for the Wii. Does this actually make a difference? I don't have enough slots in the back of my TV for one unless I took something else out.

I hate PSP for shooters though thats the thing... But then Resistance is full of win so this will probably turn out good, and you can play it on your ps3 with a ps3 controller (if you have Resistance 2), so at least the controls will be good when I'm playing it at home.

It is a lot easier to just knife them. I used to get killed by them a lot because the timing can be difficult, but now I can survive an attack unless more then three attack me at once. I've been playing online a lot lately, and it seems like almost everyone uses stopping power with either an MG42, FG42, or an STG44. Personally, I enjoy using an MP40 or M1 Garand for most of the times. The only issues I have with the game are the often poor respawns and "Connection Interrupted" messages (which seems to happen during my most dominant matches #-o). But the thing is you have to focus all your attention on the dogs, which, unless you're totally alone, makes you an easy target. Nothings wrong with dogs. It's about 10-15 per call and once ones dead they don't get that one back. I believe theres always at least 6 on the map, I think 9 spawn in but there will always be 6 on the map. It might be 3/6 rather than 6/9 im not sure. Tanks are ridicoulous on hardcore, on normal it takes almost a direct hit to kill someone so i'd say its fair, but on hardcore its stupid. Also dogs are 1 hit on hardcore which I think is pretty ridiculous too. Gun balance is crap as well, alright on MW the M16 dominated and skorpion was rubbish, but there was a reason to use most of the other guns. On waw I could literally just use the MP40. Im giving this a rest until it's patched. Modern Warfare 2 had better make big improvements tbh.

With stopping power M40 was always 1 hit kill for me in the chest or above, unless it was through a wall or something. There are issues with BAs without scopes, in that they plain suck. Its only a 1 hit kill in the chest with stopping power at close to mid range, exactly the ranges you wouldnt wan't to use them. I was using scoped Arisaka recently and it was pretty much 1 hit kill in the torso/head all the time. TBH WaW is quite dissapointing for sniping, all the snipers are pretty much the same, plus for each one you have to get 25 kills with an underpowered weapon to use the scope. After you get the ptrs theres no reason to use any other one.

My buccaneering level is over 9000.

Loads of people are leaving WaW because they can no longer load up on 3xfrag and just chuck them and get kills. Good riddance tbh.
