magic holds them up u get the spell at 99mage why is this so difficult?

i was wondering if i could have any pking tips i am currently 47range 42mage 35str 30atk aiming for these stats before i go pking: 65range 59mage 60strength 40attack and still 1 prayer and defence thanks =]

i think f2p should get range/mage/atk/def pots but not super

my idea is a mix between fog duel and bh but much better. u get randomly placed with an opponent within 5 cb lvls of u u fight em like duel no running but anything goes and no forfit or move win items drops no penulty! tell me ur ideas and/or thoughts pl0x
