Nah its Jagex making a skill, that makes people sell there rares so its still Jagex that started this. :D But please explain how they "made" people sell their rares? I know people with dozens of rares they picked up. And haven't found themselves forced to do anything but leave it in their bank. Like I said in another chat: People blaiming only jagex for these updates, is the same as ranting on Volvo for making seatbelts in cars. Sure its a nuisance, but its not Volvo's fault that people are bad drivers, is it? They just take the necessary precautions.

Actually you wouldnt. with 1 attack you wouldn rarely hit someone with even 10 defence and black armor. You would most likely be too busy eating because any other level 28 can hit 10's straight off the bat, if trained in the right way . it would be a cool character to own, but a sucky character as well. I had a wine pure with rune 2hander at level 13, i died alot due to me being level 13 with 12 hp, imagine being level 28 with 10 hp than going up against a level 25 with stats of 25 25 25 25. Max hit with 1 attack and 99 str is only 18 i believe. If you didn't know there's already four 1 attack/99 strength pures. And tbh they owned the wildy while it was still around : Your missing the point I'm making :roll: The 99 str pures you speak of had a MINIMUM of 87 hitpoints. and "tbh" I don't believe they owned anything else but noobs who didnt know what they were doing in the wild.

If you know how to make 700 mil i'm pretty sure youdon't need help and advice on how to "start off" again.

So? 99 str isnt the recipe to ownage. You would still be majorly flawed due to lack of HP points. 40 attack would mean nothing since you'd have so low hp that anybody could take you out before you even get to enjoy your 99 str. Hitting 20's is nothing if you can only do it once every 10 times.

Another very valid point of why a level 28 with 99 str only would actually suck more than own.

Why has no one thought up, that Jagex might just wait for when they take the servers down, to implement the aspects of f2p summoning in the current f2p boundaries? This applies for when RC'ing was launched, Security Stronghold etc. Its not necessarily necessary to open up a p2p area you see? To be honest I'd prefer not having p2p area's opened, just to spare the 100+ posts that will pop up whining about how little f2p deserved it.

You obviously have a hard time distinguishing between iraqi civilians and iraqi's with affiliation to terrorist networks. :roll: ON a side note, America is a country founded on violence (boston tea assault) (civil war) (killing off of indians) So it didn't surprise me that after 8 years of peace with Bill Clinton the rest of the government was itching for a new war.
