  2. lol what do you do in RS?
  3. The minimum required is 1261 as of the last update. So nope :?
  4. Nah most of the pkers probably are levelling their remaining combat skills to be able to keep their char useful in the game.
  5. like so many others i got myself stuck on "pk" already from the first day of playing this char :P
  6. click on person, hope for death. it truly doesn't take a doctors graduate.
  7. which I wicked I, the [developmentally delayed]ed one, the british one, or the canadian one ? or the one with depression or the one with kids? \ angel2002 wasnt shared tho
  8. weed... the leading product in... hmm we forgot :P
  9. High ranked Jmods really don't have many things to do as low ranked. I have proof that Jmods are ranked... For example.. Mod Mat K is famous for being ingame.. and doing things.. and there have been events where big clans (300+ opts) gathered and suddenly everyone get a random event. Wheres the proof that high ranked J-mods don't have many things to do though ? The j mods I know are pretty busy doing stuff when they log into the game. Maybe Mod Mat K just is a slacker at work...?
  10. Despite general opinion, J mods really do have better things to do. :)
  11. yup haha plus 1 on that too. most rs1 terms have migrated to rs2 and become something totally different, its hell for me cuz i dont know what the heck ppl mean anymore
  12. yeah lol, they whined so much about pking, rc pkers etc, that jagex just took away pking, owned :P
  13. loli know what u mean, one of my old wine noobs dementedness was trained on wine to r2h , so he was if i remember correctly lvl 9 with r2h, i got 30 def , so i was rougly level 20-22 with r2h and full adam , or baxe and kite for better defence. how many level 20's can hit thru full adam and wear armor to withstand a r2h?? not many. lol .. dunno what u could call the char tho, i didnt have high hp since i rained to 40 att with still 12 hp
  14. yeah exactly lol.. it seems like stats build doesnt matter as long as you "own" :P
  15. Learn to read, or read a whole text completely before saying I'm complaining, you illiterate fool. I'm talking about dimwits like yourself, who think you're something better for having your mom pay $5 a month. Call me a freeloader or f2p garbage, I'm not the one paying money to click a mouse. Nor do I complain when the game is altered in any way. i havnt seen my mom in about 3 years since i moved into my new house lol anyway hows the f2p life? tell me when your summoning lvl is lvl 2  You obviously haven't understood that I don't care if summoning is p2p only, you obviously do. The only advantage I now have is you get to look like a complete idiot if I get level 2 summoning on f2p.

Edit to qeltar: you have some real good arguements in your last post, I'm forced to leave, and I'm sure we can continue this discussion for pages and hours. pm me your arguements if you wish to continue, I don't reckon I'll remember this post when i come back later.
  17. So you see alot of f2p'ers complain, however you don't see them complaining about irrelevant issues, such as staking being taken away from stakers, since they aren't p2p. So what you see them complaining about is of relevance to the free game they are playing. Ungrateful you might say, but most who remain active will at some point get p2p, go ahead, get some statistics. Once again you go compare IRL issues with RS issues, you should learn to keep both seperated, as you can in no way compare the two, including the price range. You should also know, and I'm assuming you're human. That its human nature to complain. The difference is that f2p'ers leave it at that, and will learn at some point that they have to PAY, to improve their gaming. whilst members when facing a problem demand the same, and keep on demanding. when their cry is unanswered they turn to spamming customer support in the faith that they are paying customers and deserve to be treated with respect! pay me $5 a month and we'll see how much respect I think you deserve for your money, not that one deserves none, but expecting this and that is ludicrous, one should be satisfied to be able to play on a banner-free browser in a game that gets updates pretty much on a weekly basis..... yes of course im content. and id rather be content than become a member than start turning into a prissy little queen, who thinks 5 bucks should be me every update i deem fit. notice that im generalizing,i know there are many members with respectable opinions, and you should know that there are many f2p'ers whom you will find agreeable, if you remove the p2p mental block you've attained during ur membership period. Okay, I trust you on the last note, that Jagex barely makes the servers go around with advertising banners. But it doesn't lead me to believe, opposite many p2p'ers , probably including yourself, that f2p is entitled to ZIP ZERO ZILCH. After all, f2p is in itself an indirect source of company income, i trust I don't need to explain how. Now if we count the updates given to f2p and p2p since the day p2p launched, I'm sure you'll find that f2p is highly under-represented in updates. I could probably count them all on two hands, and I'll do that if you think its necessary.
  18. Seperate rules for p2p and f2p players upon application?
  19. Here's what's fair: those who get things for free should be quietly grateful and not expect even MORE free stuff that was developed using membership fees. Thorn? Hardly. I'd imagine that most P2Pers consider F2Pers to be freeloaders -- which you are. And that's fine, as long as you don't take the next step to being whiny ingrates. Whats this got to do with me? You're trying to say something here, but what? Try to find a post where I demand anything for f2p. Find in THIS topic where I have stated that f2p SHOULD be for f2p I'm sizing up the odds and chances for summoning becoming f2p, or semi-f2p. And last but not least, do you see some sort of difference between people who whine for free, and people who pay to whine? One can only differentiate them by which level of pathetic the two have reached. One guy is actually paying for something he hates, the other one is not. And another thing. You think we care that p2p'ers consider us freeloaders. But we are content people, most of us anyway. We freeload, yeah. Got a problem with that? Take it to jagex, they obviously don't care if a few thousand remain f2p for 10 years, since the majority will join p2p in the long run. And another thing again, what do you know of which money is used for development. Kindly show some form of evidence, you being Truthscape, of which funds are used for game development. Since I've played before membership was out, I know that game development in RS is possible without outside funding. As far as I'm concerned you pay $5 to keep YOUR member servers running and your servers maintained. f2p, the oldest form of runescape available, has been backed by advertisements. notice that you don't see banners on each side of the browser , thats what you pay $5 for among other things.
  20. Your way off bbc. If Runecrafting was just a taste for f2p, why did they leave out thieving, herblaw, fletching BEFORE runecrafting was put in the game? one would think that they would add aspects of ALL member skills, to make f2p'ers want to get p2p, with your logic. I frankly don't care what you deem fair, seeing as you consider yourself better for paying $200, when you at the same time recieve roughly 3/4 more of the game, including items and training bonuses in comparison. so do shut up about whats fair and not fair. Just because you p2p'ers are under the impression that f2p shouldnt recieve aspects of summoning, doesnt mean you share the same logic as jagex. If it was up to the PLAYERS like you to to decide, we wouldnt have GE or clan chat or anything either.. But jagex seems to not care as much about $5 a month as you do. since we got those updates. p.s. where do you see me complaining ? i simply stated that p2p players have a much harder look on things having to do with f2p, than jagex has. obviously p2p consider us a thorn in the side, since we also are capable of being good players, WITHOUT PAYING MONEY.
  21. true, but the majority of rares have already left the old players hands, since merchants like duke freedom and mctavish and gasheart bought em at what was than an insane price.. the merchants have now sold them on to 2nd and 3rd generation players a long time ago.. since the majority of bank pics and char pics with rares in are posted by players that I KNOW weren't around back than, its easy to conclude that rare trading is mostly run by new generation players :) and ya lol, i remember pking with pumps, than i killed some dude and had to eat to pick up his gear, than i ate his pumps just4fun 8-) it was best food when they dropped :P
  22. The first generation, the ones who picked them up, are the least obsessed with rares, seeing as we all got them for free. Poeple think having 10 blues is mad sick. But playing 7 years back and seeing blues covering the runescape world along with every color of the rainbow kind of makes you NOT want to pay 100 billion or whatever the hell a party hat costs :P Same goes with discs.. they cost 10 gp, i'm not paying 8 mil for one now. pumpkins... hmm well i just talked to old friends, we found out that most actually just went pking with free food. why should we pay millions now? What you saying is partly true. Except its the 2nd and 3rd generation that keeps rare trading alive, not old 1st genertation players. cuz we dont really see the reason to spend money on what was once a free gift. :P you are of course right , that many have quit and the rares sort of "disappear" with the inactive account. my mate shumli has for example over 140 masks which was half of what her and I picked up during the multiple hour drops that halloween :P havent seen her on in 4-5 years
  23. Yes but we're not talking about stones.
  24. Nope... The reason they're rare is that new ones can't be obtained, not because only a few people got them. Like I pick a stone from the ground and I'm the only one who has one, does that make it rare? No, because anyone else can just pick one up. Isn't that pretty much what I said ? THat there were people on for the drops, a significantly SMALLER amount of people. Now there is more than 5000x the amount of players, who all want the same item.. And theres a handful of people in comparison, who have it..
  25. No they are not. All holiday items will be untradeable. And have been after santa hat drops. Besides dropping items that can be traded again won't make them rare, when there are 200.000 ppl online nowadays. The first rare item drop (pumpkins) saw about 1000-2000 people online AT MOST. which is why the items are rare in the first place.. less ppl online, less picked up, higher demand now that a few MILLION ppl don't have the items.
