If f2p were to have access to the RSOF I agree there would definitely have to be restrictions so only some of the more mature or experienced players would be able to post. The total level idea I would say at least 1100 total level as the average level for this is a little over 70 which would be less then 1mil xp average per skill, and the harder skills are easily balanced out by skills like cooking or firemaking, I would support this idea but, I would support more, something along the 80 average, but thats just me :roll:. For the idea regarding xp gains I support it and 50M as suggested earlier sounds fairly reasonable, although this is better for skillers I can see some people maybe going all in on cooking/firemaking to post on the forums, but it would still take some time to reach it. I would support both ideas, as long as it isn't too slack on who could and couldn't be able to post on the forums.

The first time I ever really went for a 99 was awhile after I got 91 Woodcutting. I went for 99 in Woodcutting, got it in about 2 months off yews.

Back when I was a noob, sometime in late 2002 I remember not doing much, I would basically wonder around between Lumbridge and Varrock, not even knowing that Falador, or anything else existed. I used to hang out in the goblin hut and collect iron daggers to sell while killing goblins. One day I was near the farm and someone gave me a Strength amulet, Mithril square (which I couldn't wield yet), and a little bit of money, I felt so super rich, those where the days :roll:. Talked about RS at school a bit with my friends, was totally jealous my friend had a power amulet (around 10k at the time). I didn't train many skills up, didn't know where to or how, until my friend introduced me to Falador, it seemed to have everything I needed close by, so I didn't leave for a long time, and thats when the game started to open up for me, and I started to lose my noobishness =p.
