It hits depending on the direction your character is facing and a loose definition of a frontal cone. I've had times where I've used Dragon Breath and a random monster behind me gets hit.

With full manual + ability queueing, if you time your keypresses correctly, you can fire off an ability every 2 ticks as opposed to every 3. It's still broken when it comes to hitting targets though, even in melee distance.

It's okay, Andrew. You only tried to make a fantasy world where people from around the globe could interact together to explore new realms, engage in story-filled quests, level up skills to train their character, and take on fantasy monsters or even each other in hyper-realistic turn-based combat. ??? So the only point of the game is to gain xp? Well in that case, let me point you to a relevant game. When you hit the cap there, you gain 1 xp. That way, you'll be busy for a while more. Meanwhile, I'll be trying my hand at some actual gameplay. Damn it... there's no way I'm going to finish my homework now >=(

Any minigame with ranks is instantly wrecked by boosters et al.

I put Chain/Ricochet outside of my 9 Revolution slots for that reason. But but but it's finally the closest you'll get to aggressive slayer monsters and AFK tasks!!!
