Armour is level 70 hybrid. Top has +10 prayer, helm and legs +7, cape +6 (I think). Dunno what the prayer bonus on the superior boots/gloves are.

Imo the quest got a bit slow towards the middle when we were just running around doing mostly the same thing over and over. The combat encounters were fun but not amazing. [hide]Echo of Jas battle was cool, but thinking of it as a guy in recoloured dragon gear made it seem a bit cheap.[/hide] Which brings me to another gripe I have with these quests: What's with all the asset re-use? The final battle was against a recolour, in a copy of another GM quest's area, not to mention that the celestial dragon dungeon area is just a copypaste of the Brimhaven resource dungeon sans Mithril dragon area. It's like their graphics budget ran out halfway or something.

You need to at least carry a wand for casting spells. Wand of Treachery should be good enough for killing steel dragons if you use water surge. If you attack the dragons from a distance, your shield and potion will protect you from all damage, so you don't really need to wear mystic robes.

Beat Exile's Point at 55% success. However, I already had three Shield crewmembers lined up for recruiting in the roster. I hired one of them with the azure I just got from that wave of ships ... ... and the next crewman on the roster was not an Exile???? Rolled that guy off and there were still no Exiles???????? This is pretty depressing lol.

The bigoted response I was waiting for. Not everyone has the time to play it Efficiency-scape style. Some of us are only on 1-2 hours max a day, if that. Yes, some quests should have a fair hit of requirements, such as ROTM (which I still think the mining one could have done without) but the point to quests is it's storyline and lore. If you're playing them SOLELY to unlock something, Then you'll never understand that. RS has always been about progressing your character to level up for the purpose of doing quests. Sure they may not be easy or quick to do, but the point is that you're supposed to put in some kind of play time before you actually get to go on your grand adventure.

I won't have access to my 3DS until the 9th so I won;t be able to give you access to my Safari. Sorry Kim.

Oh yeah, a new training ground with new NPCs or dangerous skilling area would be fun to play with. Of course, chances are that it'll only be useful (or probably only exist) for the duration of the quest.
