Err, the Pernix is there to help you. If you use Armadyl you end up tanking most of the kill and healing yourself with weaker brews. The view on Pernix is barely elitist - it's just that it helps extend trips.

It's nice to know that some people can just sit back and enjoy the scenery without thinking too much about XP. It's even nicer to know that other people come and join them doing it. 3 hours of just standing there ... must really like the view :D

What is people issues with the lamps? Do you not like getting the lamps instead of the 50 gp spins? If people want to pay for 99 in a skill via SoF, good for them. You shouldn't be angry at these people just because they have the extra money to spend on the wheel when you won't. I'd rather the Squeal hand out dragon bones and mahogany planks than prayer and construction lamps.

That's what I'm expecting, and to be honest. I approve of the changes, it just needs to remove the buyable spins and maybe throw in a few more methods of getting tickets, and allow us to hold more spins. My first reaction when I saw that they were adding raw materials was that hopefully they'd be removing / reducing the lamps, which would be great. Have to wait and see though, and not get my hopes up :P

A tooth creature or platypus pet can act as an impassable barrier to monsters, allowing you to use certain safespots to cannon monsters without coming under attack. Consider getting one of them as these will increase your cannoning efficiency.
