With his stats I'd do vannaka for awhile.

Your stats are fine to melee them, just bring lobbys and semi-afk, but their drops aren't horrible so i'd pick up the runes.

All f2p quests and at LEAST 60 combat stats to maximize your training when p2p. I'd recommend 70 atk for whip if you can stand it, if not just get members it'll be faster and then gets MUCH faster with whip :).

Power/Banking irons will help your smithing cause but you WILL want to kill yourself :P.

They go hand in hand tbh. Its better to hit more often than hit a bunch of 0s followed by a high number. yeah but hitting often low numbers is as good as hitting those highs every so often. i like att more but str is very useful too.

That actually helps a lot(Fishing Contest), I had forgotten about that one, I did all of those except Cannon because I'm saving for barrows armor ;\. Well you don't have to buy the cannon during the quest, it just becomes an option. Yeah but so many quests to do already, going for priority first :x.
