I used about 1mill from ~40-61, depending how many crims/blues you get, it could be manageable with 3mill as I don't see me losing more than that from 61-68.

Personally I'd take the void and train with that on fire giants with bronze knives/broad bolts :thumbsup:.

IMO, iron knives aren't worth it, they cost like 3x more for +1 more range bonus, stick with bronze.

junk trades would be your best bet.

sapph/emerald brace used to give me a small profit a couple weeks ago. Check the ge for prices yourself if it still does, not the fastest but you lose nothing(since you gain) and it's decent exp.
