Increase att/str(15%? been awhile) for monsters you are slaying as your slayer task.

That purple phat will fetch you a few hundred million >.>, so you're good there, and grand exchange is pretty much the best/easiest way of trading. It sets the prices for ALL items, and trade limit is now 3k gold.

Invest in supersets and blackmask.

What should i specifically raise since I'm not going members until I finish mining coal/smelting mith ores into bars(~2k to go). Should I bother finish all the f2p quests, just prince ali and shield of arrav left. I know you should get members asap, but I'd just like advice for optimal levels >.>.

Just asking, looking at your stats, how would you know? Experience isn't the only way to gain knowledge.
