Now that is a GREAT idea. Being able to turn off the multiplier. When we got the new CEO of runescape, we wanted some change and get things fixed. We didn't want them to change the game. .

Watch..... last time there was this much hoopla and a riot...jagex quickly pushed out summoning to shut everyone up. So I expect the new skill before the weeks end :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: Garunteed.

I was wondering about that too, does that mean f2p stay at 2k people and p2p is now 2k+ people? i think the epic world size actually refers to the size of the ingame world. You know, like it is 30,000x45,000 squares or whatever. I dont acutally know the size, i just made those numbers up. I like the no hidden cost line. There actually is a hidden cost in case no one caught it. They actually charge you the member fee ($5 for me) then a separate .04 cent processing fee to process the credit card. Thats a hidden fee. Check your bank statement if you're on a auto pay like me. .

Picture please? For the unforunate who cannot log in, I really want to go to the riot too, there is enough nerd rage there to power NYC for a month. Awesome! they just put a decimal after the regular str bonus. And don't complain that it takes 2k points to kill strykworms. If you don't have 2k points by 93 slayer, there really is something wrong, and you can't blame that on connection speed. You could just get a fire cape. I like all these people that say if you don't have that by 93 your doing something wrong. 1. Post your slayer level. 2. Post your slayer points. I'm confident a lot of you are speaking from not even being above 80 slayer.

I don't understand why everyone is so upset. I have 99hp. This update does not change anything. Its just puts a decimal next to your hp. So instead of 51 its 51.0 think of it that way. But I don't like the 2k point requirement for strykwyrms. I have 94 slayer. Jagex screwed us again. I would agree with 1k, but 2k is beyond reasonable.

Cut and past the whole update or don't post. I can't access runescape at work, and I rely on this to see the updates. So links are useless to me, as well as this post.

When Jagex ban's you, they will have an evidence log for you to look at. Make sure you know the reason for the ban. It may be due to something else. I doubt you didn't know you were breaking the rules. But if you believe you're innocent, appeal the ban and state your case. Also, with the they owe me an apology attitude, you will not get your account back. You need to apologize, or your appeal will not stand a chance. I speak from experience. .

I don't normally respond to this thread. But living in an area of the US where we use the word "smorgasbord" I am inclined to help. Smorgasbord is another way of saying all-u-can-eat buffet. They are everywhere where I live, and everyone calls them smorgasbords.

They are definately investing in herbs for the xp weekend. Ranarr seeds are going up...as well as summoning pots.

So if you buy any of these enchanted bolts, I would also assume thats being part of the bug. I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole right now. Wait until things cool down, then buy bolts for training. I would not want to have jagex look at my account.

I think the only workable compromise which would please everyone, and eliminate this new discrimination is my before stated idea. Leave ice wyrms as they are. Create a new monster for people who have not killed jad. If you kill jad, you cannot fight the new monster.

Look at this way... What if Jagex released a new slayer monster, level 90. You could not fight it if you killed Jad. (Actually a good idea) How would you feel getting to 90 slayer, getting firecape, then being crapped on? Would you not complain? .

I hope its nothing like mobilizing armies. That was epic fail. Rewards good, but game play bad....

I'll respect your opinion even though I disagree. Also Jad is an optional monster. But this comment is unappreciated. One thing for sure is that Jagex created class discrimination with this update. Those with firecapes and those without. I was going to try and get one, but now that I see how some of you are acting with one, I want nothing to do with it. I'm happy without one. .

It's as simple as this... I tranined to 93 slayer to be able to kill the new monster when released. I did not train on Jad, because I did not want a firecape nor did I want to do the fight caves. -To expensive to buy supplies to complete -To much of a chance of laggy rs servers -To much of a chance of java crashing and screen going black -To slow of a computer to register the clicks for prayer switching So why train slayer if I can't kill the new monster? You don't see the need for a firecape to be able to cast soul split or ice barrage or to be able to cut mage logs or craft nature runes or mine rune ore or make high level potions or light mage logs on fire or use d bow or wear third age armor or summon creatures. So this requirement placed on slayer is unjust and unfair. Had we known this, I don't think any of us without a firecape, would have even bothered to train to 93 slayer. .

I have a fast internet connection. But yet, the runescape servers still freeze and lag. :wall: :wall:

It only makes sense for time travel. Everyone was expecting mechscape this year. They are not just gonna throw away all their work on that game. Instead, they just combined mechscape into runescape, as a new skill. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure this one out. As you progress, you can travel into the future and play the new game and the skills and items will probably go between both worlds. .

Time Travel. You heard it here first.
