Spent an hour at Karamja, to no avail. Bots just keep running after one or two hits. Went to Crafting Guild, got a successful kill after a while, didn't get out decent but it was funny as hell. :thumbup:

People who come to my slaying spot and demand that I leave, just because they are higher level or use the most stupid excuse ever: "Err...nub can u hop plz coz i need x number of these." Well maybe if they tried to get them instead of just standing there arguing they might get somewhere, or when they notice they cant have x number of monsters then they should hop... <_<

Anything but a scim to be honest, as someone said earlier, I like being different and as far as f2p weapons go, it's the short sword for me anyday.

We have experienced, quite alot, just not knowing what to do on runescape, but still wanting to go on, and you dont feel like doing something productive, more like something more enjoyable. Menaphos lol no one there! :lol: I think the desrt cities do definately need something to make you want to come there besides quests and minigames. Like someone else has said they also need another means of getting there bar the sceptre. I'm obsessed with the desert, its my favourite area, but it needs something to draw people in or else it will be as barren and useless as it currently is.

great guide, may i add that raw chompys are 2k each now on GE so if you collect them you will have make a cool 8 mill at the end of it! :mrgreen:

they can really sprise us now if they dont tell us before-hand. Also means that if a new update looks oviously like it will use a current item, the ge price manipulators wont have bought them all straight away, making the price increase.

It just seems slightly wierd that they have shown it on the map rather than blacking it out like they do with other areas, even though it is faded. Can you see inside it from Menaphos city gates? If anyone has a screenie i would be very grateful.

Menaphos, the supposed capital desert city, It seems it will not be released anytime soon, unless it is to do with the 150th quest ( :pray: ) The sophanem plague is basically over, and the menaphites know that, so it is only logical they will open their gates sometime. The desert hasn't recived an update since Dealing with Scarabas (forgive me if im wrong) and i hope menaphos will be released soon. There must be something special about it if they have left it blank for so long. :?: If anyone can give information on future updates that would be great as i am f2p (forums). But i think something big is planned for Menaphos...
