Runecrafting
Cosmics are only good for money, not fast exp. Anyway, they say that from 82 RC ZMI is best because you can profit and you can make a decent ammount of exp. I would suggest you do Natures until 82 and trhen switch to ZMI. You should be able to break even then and even make some profit. You should do ZMI at 70-75 for exp and profit. At 82 you can do double Astrals. Idk about exp but it is decent profit until 91. The way Exkaton said to do comics is just to time consuming to be even worth it if you can do double cosmics. Straight Abyss crafting with glory to edge for banking seems much faster.

Agility training
I say go to the Wildy Course. But i think you can't go there until 53, but the only need for 53 is to get in the gate, after that you can use the entire course at 52 i believe.

Grand Exchange Limits
For items like that i believe its 10k per 4 hours. For most weapons and armour its 100 per 4 hours. High price items are like 5-10 every 4 hours. I'm not to sure about the last but im pretty sure about the first two.

Fast HP Loss for Dharoking?
Its called Nitroglycerin i believe. You need to use an empty vial on the barrel with a skull and crossbones on it near the tent in the dig site.

Ranging Help
Saying you do Aviansies, you be ranging to gain money to range some more. So you get a lot more exp doing that route but not as much money. Doing this you get more range exp, and once you have plenty of money, you will need less to spend on getting the last few exp. With Sara GWD you get minimal amounts of range exp, depending on how many times you go and how much time you stay. Also the amount of time before getting a decent drop will vary. You might get a Hilt drop the first day, or it might be weeks. Also you have to consider are you going to LS/CS with your friends? This way you get minimal amount of exp but quite a bit of cash. I don't know much about DKs but it seems like you won't get any range exp at all. It will be all mage/melee exp. Of course you can make a lot of money on ur own and don't have to wait on ur friends to be on to decide to go. (FYI i have no experience with the later 2. This is mostly from what i hear clan mates and my own opinions on the matter.)

Ranging Black Demons
I read some where that Jagex themselves said that Charms are not affected by the RoW. I just don't remember where i read it. The CT black demons still have a better charm drop rate, but since the update its not as noticible as before.

Ranging Black Demons
The c'bow will most likely hit higher, and make kills faster. RoW doesnt affect Charms so archers ring it is.

Problem with mousekey dropping
That's like saying you can run faster than a car because you never learned to drive a car. Wait you mean I can't? Damn... And i tried setting it up, but no point really. Then if you can't help on a help and advice thread and are only going to fill it with your incorrect knowledge, why post? Why respond to what i'm saying? And im still waiting for that punch...

fighting on 'crush'
Either The Zamorak Spear or a GodSword, SGS is the best.

Ranging Frustrations...
Hate to say it but, nope. What you listed is pretty much whats left. Since you don't want to spend any money, chinning and cannon are out of the question. And the ones you listed are about the best places to train. You could play SW and use the Zeal on more range exp.

Whip and Dfs, or a godsword?
So you think dfs is a good choice? and what where the drawbacks of a bgs?, thanks. BGS is slow. Other wise its ok. Only really good for bosses and pvp. DFS only good for rang tanking, and tanking in general. If you're normally fighting then whip+def works just fine.

Need help - Fighting Cave Horrors
Cost close to 700k, but are worth it. And you might get lucky and get one as a drop from the cave horrors.

Need help - Fighting Cave Horrors
Wear your Black Mask/Slayer Helm. If you don't have a Rune Def then use the shield. Getting 70 Range would be advised though just so u can wear blk d'hide/karils for mage based melee tasks.

Whip and Dfs, or a godsword?
Then get Bandos and don't worry about the DFS.
-
karils crossbow
The Bolt Racks cost to much to be effective at training. Only really good for Fight Caves and maybe PVP. Karils is faster, but idk about the damage. But i dought it is depending on what ammo for the rune c'bow u use.

Whip and Dfs, or a godsword?
At your levels, Whip+def and Barrows (Torags/Dharoks) will be enough.

Range - Best way to train?
Knives

Inferno Adze
Why not just use a Dragon Hatchet?

Whip and Dfs, or a godsword?
Whip+Rune Def is the best for any kinda of training. Whether you grind out 99 attack or slay. Now if you PC your 99 attack, a gs would be handy as they have high hits, other wise don't use one. The DFS is really only good for Dragons. If you like you could buy Bandos and use Whip+Def. If not then the Barrow armours work just as good, if not better. If you use good enough armor, you don't need it. And even then its just pointless to use.

good, trusted merchanting clan?
Merch Clans fail, don't join one.

is it possible to friendly fight?
Dueling

What does this mean?
I see it as only to those who are trying to get potential by using brozne weapons and rune armour. Using daggers or bolts just in a hot zone so they hit 0's but don't get attacked. Now they can get attacked. And i believe that you can attack the guy any way as he's not in combat with the cow directly.

A level 99 skill
Fishing if you want to relax and let it come at a steady pace. Hunter can be done quite fast. Also at 80+ you can make millions off the Red Chins. Magic will require some money to get. Agility will also take some time and a lot of clicks. Farming also cost a lot, but you can plant herbs on the side to cost some of the costs. If i had to choose from those i would do fishing or hunter. Those are probably the fastest, and with the profit from them you can use the money on either Magic or Farming.

Melee exp
This is such a lie. Read Compfreak's thread in Rants and you will see that Slayer is not only bad money but its bad exp as well. For fast melee ex Armoured Zombies are the best, Ankou arent bad either. To bad its not a lie. Sure you can make money camping other places, but if you do slayer tasks and are at least 83+ slayer you can make money off Dragon Boots. Abyssal Whips at 85 slayer. And Dark Bows at 90 slayer. Also at 75 slayer you can kill Gargoyles which drop Granite Mauls that are 137k apiece? Aside from those "special" drops, you can make money off other tasks such as Aberant Spectres, which drop herbs and herb seeds, same with Turoths. If you look at my siggy you can tell i make quite a bit of GP from my slayer tasks. All those drops are on tasks. Sure i can camp Aviansies or Green Dragons for more money. But i enjoy slayer. OH and good ridance comp...
