I also much preferred the 2005 graphics to the "good, new" graphics. They do not slow my computer down, but these new updates just don't make runescape feel like runescape anymore.

Hi all, I have been thinking about going for an firecape on my main. I've been asking my friends about how should I get one, and most of them are like rofl you don't even have 70 range you can't get. So do any of you guys have some ideas on how I should obtain a firecape? Here are my stats: atk:80, str:86, def:60, range:65, mage:62, hp:80, pray:45 I am not going to train def or prayer so don't tell me to get 70 def for guthans or something. Thanks. :) The max I am going to spend on this is no more than 500k.

Does anyone know what the mechscape graphics will be like? My guess is that it will probably be like runescape hd. :mrgreen:

I was blackjacking bearded bandits today and a lower level (60ish I think) came by and asked how I was doing that. I didn't respond because, well, I was blackjacking. Ren, can you help me clarify on something? At duel arena yesterday, there was a pure called Infected Vaj, so I immedietly attempted to report him for an offensive username. Then the game wouldn't let me because it said: For this rule you can only report players who have spoken or traded recently. That is weird because an offending username has nothing to do with a trade or speaking. How do you report players with offensive usernames but haven't spoken or traded?

Hi all, I bought a dharok greataxe yesterday and feel that it isn't very useful so I am trying to sell it. Obviously this is impossible since it has degraded a little. So now I am wondering if I alch this while its nontradeable what will happen? Will it alch for the normal 125k price or will nothing appear in my inventory? Please don't give false responses because I don't want to end up alching it and getting nothing. -.-

I agree completely with you! I'm sick of mages hitting 75s or four hits at once and then picking up their ammo, while melee and range can only hit 34-ish max and can't pick up their ammo. The target cannot move. So tell me what good are AGS and Claws if they cant hit your target because you are frozen? Before you reply, I'd also like to cover 2 points regarding the statement above. #1) Yes, the melee'er could just put on D'hide, block all mage attacks, and use a melee weapon. That's called hybridizing (Hybriding). You cannot compare a hybrid to a 100% mage, as Hybrid is a combination of two skills, not just one. If the target hybrids, the mage better be hybriding too. Only people who don't understand the triangle bring one combat type into battle and expect it to be successful on everything. #2) Rushing is an inaccurate comparison of how powerful a combat type is. If you rush with Mage/Range/Melee, it dosen't matter. Rushing always has the element of supprise and thus has an advantage over the target. Most Rushers are hybrids anyways, so they cannot even be put in a triangle classification. That being said, sure mage could be improved with things like putting runes inside stave's and auto casting all combat spells, but magic is certainly not a "weak" skill. It is on par with both of the others, just in different ways. You are wrong. Mage is not on par with melee and range. Mage completely dominates melee and range, and should have been nerfed a long, long time ago. It can freeze, poison, heal you, drain stats, cut attack speed in half, and hit up to 62 with a degree of accuracy that meleers or rangers can only dream of. I thought mage max hit was 30 with ice barrage? #-o

I also think that while not attacking, you have a larger chance of getting hit while when your character is attacking there is a less chance of getting hit when fighting monsters only. Usually during a fight with another player, I don't notice anything different. Off-topic: who is taht in your avatar?

Does anyone here know the approximate drop rate of a visage? :( That would greatly depend on the type of dragon you are killing. Obviously the drop rate of a wyvern would be lower than that of the KBD. What is the drop rate of visage from an iron drag?
