Simple. They have your IP which is basically your address. Most they have to do is contact your ISP which is actually legal (In Canada anyways). With an IP, you can narrow it down to the city.

An IRL friend of mine was at the Brimhaven agility arena and joking around said, "F your total," and, "Omg, gonna go hang myself." (Joking around of course). Now, that's not what's up for discussion. He was reported and muted within a half hour and what completely baffled me was that the police actually showed up at his door! They said, "You play an online game? We're told you were planning on hanging yourself?" I did not know Jagex did this! It is absolutely incredible! I can see it as both good and bad. What are your opinions?

Close... Almost all 6 except that darn 0. >.< Been chinning to 99 Ranged (From 88). At the beginning was using Ranged Brawlers + Sacred Clay Helmets... Was amazingly fast XP! Was risking full Armadyl, Ranger Boots, Fury, Archer Ring, etc. Now I'm left with Sacred Clay Helmets. I'm about level 92 Ranged and should be 99 in a day or so. :D.

Thank you for your replies! Unfortunately I do not have extreme ranged potions. My Herblore isn't even past 7. :P. My Summoning level is only 84 as well.

I'm currently level 88 Ranged with 4,671,324 XP. I have a good amount of cash to spend on getting my Ranged level to 99. I don't care about money, I want it fast. However, I've got some questions: 1.) I've never played a single game of Pest Control (I know, sad for a level 134). What armor, other the void, would you recommend? I have a set of full Armadyl (Helmet included) with a Range set. Would that do? 2.) I've heard Mummies were altered. Should I do them or monkeys? 3.) How many Red Chinchompas would it take? As stated earlier, I'm not worried about money loss. I've got about 20 Ranged Brawlers to use up as well. I'm willing to risk in PvP if I must use full Armadyl (I can pay attention and I've PvPed for months, so I'd be safe). Thanks for your time!

Rofl @ all the people that think this guy can brute force 750K accounts. The only way to do it would be access RuneScape's server bases information which is illegal (But no too hard) and he'd be sued in a heart beat.

He says he has 99 cooking and firemaking but he's wearing an untrimmed range cape :lol: That's possible. It was done a while back but Jagex 'fixed' it. It's still possible with another method.

[hide=Progress] Update: Felt like doing some Summoning... I have charms for 70 - 88. :). So in 24 hours (So far) I got: 10 Summoning levels, 8 Prayer levels, 1 Slayer level, 1 Ranged level, 14M Defence XP, 18M hitpoints XP. ^^. [/hide] And yet another few hours of RS (Adventure Log):

To add to my productive streak: 9 levels and 14M Attack XP yesterday. Today I got 84 Slayer, 14M Defence XP, 18M Hitpoints XP. :).

Command+Shift+4 takes a picture of your whole screen and puts it on your desktop. When you go back to the Dag lair, something's escaped (All the eggs are hatched) and you unlock a nifty track. Also: Was level 72 Prayer... Cashed in 100 Zeal (Got me to 74, almost 75), offered about 50 bones (Got me to 75)... Used my XP reward and: GF level 72 - 78 prayer in under 10 minutes for price of 50 d bones. :)
