  1. Ring of Wealth works on rare drops. Tough I am not going to disagree with you. RoW is said to only increase the droprate on high-valued items, or the so called rare items. I'd say, leave this open for debate. A lot of people prefer RoW over anything and for a long time, I have aswell. As for the guide-writer, this is a brilliant guide. I've read it once before, but I have became really interested in this. The Mage Tanking method really.. takes my interest. Fire Wave seems like the best option. Currently I am doing a few TD trips, but if you want, I could log my experience from several hours of camping. Drop rate (very usefull), experience, cost. Basicly everything I could put in an excel sheet. To do this, I just have a question. I will be camping at the green/red cross. For this I will ofcourse need a few goditems. For armadyl, is there anything other then the pendant to use for tanking? In your guide you haven't mentioned the pendant as a must-have for tanking I believe. The alltogether question is, which items can I best use to avoid being attacked by monsters around the camping spot? I read the guide-forums every day, so just post here or PM me so I can help you ;) It seems good fun. Might even go for the a big tanktrip if I can get the runes :D The only thing a RoW is going to improve is the ammount of Rune Javelins you get (rare drop), Key Halves, etc. Not worth it IMO. The mage/prayer bonus will save you much more money than the key half here and there.
  2. Compfreak used to say that Obby Rings + Void + 10% prayer is the best Exp/Money at Aviansies. I find that Black Knives work just as well though. Obviously slower, but more profitable.
  3. Okay so this is what i will settle on: Void Ranger Boots Armadyl Pendant Accumulator Black Knives Archer Ring Ill take a few bunyip Pouches for the first while, 200 or so B2P tabs and Enhanched Excaliubur. This should be fine right?
  4. Well the spot i use has an Icefiend which is of no thread to me really. so i guess the void will be it then?
  5. Yeah i wasnt sure about whether or not you can use borrowed item in PvP. well then SGS whould be best shot i guess.
  6. Broad Bolts are named Broad-tipped Bolts on the Grand Exchange. You can buy then then you dont need to make them yourself. You also require a Slayer Level of 55 to use them.
  7. To be honest though, if you're not going to ever use either of them then its a bad investment. Get something like a Bgs instead. Cheap, but people still borrow them.
  8. ????? theres green dragons there????? He might be thinking about Blue dragons.
  9. Claws are for some reason much more popular. This i susspect it due to PvP. I'm not sure how the lending thing works but i think people would use d claws much more than sgs. D claws might go for less an hour but you will be able to get them out more than your sgs.
  10. As for your first question: Green dragons are best killed in Chaos Tunells because there are no Revenants there. There is a helpfulll guide in my sigg. Although a lot of people use X'bows for ranged i prefer using Black Knives. faster hits, faster kills, faster exp.
  11. Meh only reason i can fit 10hours a day in is because we have summer now. and were i like it gets upto 55degrees celsius during the day so i pretty much cant go outside without being roasted alive. I prefer to stay indoor and let my brain melt away on RS. And umm tbh its more like 7 - 8 hours.
  12. Thanx to all of those who take the time to read my Blog. Please leave a comment and tell me what you think. BTW...Bump :)
  13. What about the above mentioned Setups? Whats more important? Accuracy or High Hits? Void or Dhide? Which will take less Damage?
  14. I dont really mind loosing 6mil on a pair of boots because i will make about 80mil getting 99 Ranged (depending on luck). I would just like the option thats going to give me the best performance. I dont mind loosing a few mill in doing so.
  15. Haha, i was hoping that higher level dragons would require less clicking thus making me less bored.
  16. Which is better Exp? I might try and collect a few hundred hides just for some extra money. Green Dragons are amazingly boring, i was hoping either the Red or Blue would be less boring. I'll be using Void + DFS + Whip. I'll be using a War Tortoise for exta inventory aswell as E E for extra Def.
  17. Soon i'll head back to Aviansies for a while, maybe till 97 Ranged. Ill be using Void + Dfs + E E Bunyips + Black Knives + Archer Ring. Which Boots should i use? I was thinking about something that might give me some Ranged Def bonus but i don't know if such a boot exists? Should i just go with Ranger Boots? If i go with Ranger Boots, will i be able to sell them back for the same price after i got my use out of them? Would Zammy Dhide, Robin, Ranger Boots, Dfs and Archer ring be a better oftion than Void? EDIT: I i have 11.5mil Cash which i would be willing to spend on Supplies/Armour if needed. I intend to camp there for as long as i can. Hoping to make atleast 20mil Profit.
  18. First of all you've got to ask yourself "Which one would prove of better use?". The way i see it Magic only has one good use: PvP. Using Magic for MvP combat is very costly and in many ways not as effective as Melee. Summoning on the other hand has alot of Pro's. Combat fimiliars may speed things up when it comes to MvP combat. Some of them give very handy Stat Boosters and as we all know Pack Yaks are amazng when it comes to Solo-ing Bandos, etc. Money should not be a question. Money is always simple and easy to make. The realy question should be which one would be more often used. i would personally go with Summoning simply because i find no delight in Pvp. But if you're a regular PK'er, then you might just want to go with Magic. Hope my input helps you reach a deciscion.
