Fastest Mage EXP i know of would be enchanting Diamond Bolts. You can do about 1 cast every 2 - 3 seconds. A cast is 67EXP. (20 - 30 Casts a minute or 1200 - 1800 casts an hour) 1200 * 67 = 80400 EXP Per Hour 1800* 67 = 120600 EXP Per Hour

3 - 15 EXTRA damage is still rather good. I saw a screeny of a guy hitting a 57. He was wearing void though. Im still pretty sure you would be able to hit 45 - 50 with a good tank setup. Its worth the extra slot in my inventory at GWD, even if its just to switch to it to use the spec.

I heard that, while fighting another player, the Xbow deals +15 to your max hit if the player is using any Prayer or wearing any God related armour (Bandos, Saradomin, etc.) Would this work on NPC's too? Yes im pretty sure that would be sufficient. Ive seen people using Mystic robes there so with 2mill you would be fine. Might i suggest you use Slayer Darts, i heard they work really well.

Im doing Red Chins for hunter and im getting about 40k Exp a moment at levl 66. Now here are a few question: Hunter: 1.) What will my exp rated be when i reach 70, 80, 90 Hunter? (How many Chins per hour) [Getting about 150 - 160 Chins a hour at the moment] Thieving: 1.) With a current level of 43, how shall i start my journey to 99? Which methods should i use?
