I usually go for pretty cheap stuff, so not very expsenive. I guess it's hard cos I don't live in North America or the UK. I was more wondering about what ind of styles people are into at the moment.

It's my birthday soon, so I might do some shopping, get some winter gears. I need a few new t-shirts, porbably another pair of jeans and a jumper or two. Any one have anythign to recommend?

It seems a lot of people aren't keen on drinking. I think a lot of it comes down to knowing your limits, as Wisp mentioned, and how to handle yourself. I have a pretty good idea of how much I can drink without getting too sloppy and so that I won't be too hungover then next day. Though I'm pretty good at handling a hangover, because I almost always have work on Sundays...

:mellow: wat Unless you mean the kind of girl that you have a relationship that largely revolves around sex, and not much else. I can see why you might not what that if you want a more serious relationship...but usually you won't find a girl who is more into the sex than a guy...well I haven't at least.

I don't mind the drinking, maybe cos a lot of the girls I meet are at parties when I've been drinking etc.

For the whole make-up/piercings/tattoos issue, I think it depends on how attractive you find them in the first place. If the person is fairly average in the firast place, then sometimes it does make them less attractive, but it's the kind of thing I'd asess on a case by case basis. One thing I'm surprised no-one has said is smoking.
