Some people know I play Runescape. I'd play it at school if it wasn't blocked. I used to browse these forums at lunch but they blocked them as well, so now I just eat with my friends. I'm mature enough not to care what my classmates think about me. It's not a question of maturity. Today a kid in grade 11 at my school got jumped because a few kids saw him on the runescape website in the library. So like I said before come to my school see how it is, if you announce that you played runescape at my school then you would have the right to criticize me but until you do, you have absolutly no right and no idea what it's like. This kid on the bus was really really really annoying me today... he was mute or something, and when he does his little sign language, he goes "Bluh bluh bluh bluh bluh" (almost like noises that a young child makes), and to make it worse, he did it for 30 minutes straight and also kept staring at me. -.- Guess it wasn't really his fault, but it was hell annoying -.-. Felt like punching a baby...

He did not get banned for stupid rants, that's a utter lie and a rumour, he 'unofficially quit' because of mods whom he disagreed with. This thread is made for a serious debate/discussion about slayer and efficiency, Compfreak himself loves the skill but made the thread to prove that it is not the 'best way to make money, xp, charms, or anything else, except for slayer xp, which is worthless if you hate slayer'. And you do realise that PvP got the slayer drops removed, making your statement a thing of the past and also obsolete. Back ontopic, I can't really add much more to what's already been said. Back on topic, I disagree with the following: There IS things wrong with laws and policies, there is always one that doesn't work and is a outrageous law which should never have existed in the first place. Can't think of any as examples off the top of my head but there is. Things get out of hand when they are overenforced though, as you stated.

The thread is about efficiency, not fun. Compfreak's math has shown that there are far more efficient ways to do 'whatever' than slay. And since it's a thread about efficiency, making your own potions is actually a utter waste of time as you could be making money then buying them off the grand exchange. To your second to last statement, please don't use 'fun' as a factor, everyone has their own idea of fun. And I don't understand your last statement, you say 'I'll be able to say I wouldn't have made the money that I'll have any other way', okay, explain to me, what's shameful about making 650k per hour or whatever you get from Green Dragons? You said salve and slayer helm don't stack but then you say to use them both at the same time Because Abberant Spectres need a special headgear to kill, and the Slayer Helm provides the best defense bonuses against that attack. Also, the larger bonus will be activated (the Salve Ammy). I checked max hit calculator and fury is better than Salve(e) at abherent specters. You have to wear slayer helm anyways so you are only really getting 5% bonus from salve(e), and when I did max hit calculator, for me at least, 8 str bonous gave same max hit as 5% str bonus. In other words I did slayer helm + salve(e) and got same max hit as slayer helm + fury. Also since 8 str is better than 10 attack has to be(unlike def, att and str are on same scale, whip & GS for example). On top of that Fury also gives prayer and def bonus for whichever method you use. So fury wins hands down on any undead task that requires slayer helm, and possibly on others as well as the offensive bonuses of fury are better than that of neizinot. Plus slayer helm and fury might also give more def than salve and neizinot. :thumbsup: You would have to do an xp per hour(and maybe gp) test to see which is actually better accuracy and prayer/def wise. *sigh* Stop relying on a max hit calculator. If you want to 'prove' it, please conduct some testing and give us this 'evidence'. 8 equipment str bonus is not the same as '5% invisible combat stat boost'. I agree with you on the defence and prayer part, only the defence and prayer part. -.- To the guy who said stuff about Void, if you are referring to abby specs, then gl surviving.

I think Salve (e) really affects your stats, not your equipment stats.... Therefore still, Salve Amulet (e) + Neitz helm for most cases.
