Essentially personal experience of drops means jack in the bigger picture because its all luck or the draw, same way some ppl killed 100+ glacors with no boots where as others got like 3 pairs in 10 kills. You will rarely need the SW Cape. With your current gear and since you cannot afford Bandos yet, Prayer will be about 11. However, I would honestly consider swapping Prossy Legs for V Skirt. The rest of your gear is good. Also, start Pietying every task. No, don't get a verac's skirt, it's a total waste of money considering he has turmoil + ss and you don't really need a defensive boost. I'd suggest buying the bandos tassets right now. Korasi is pretty good for most tasks but obviously not for multi combat. I'd try to get my hands on a claw but that's not of the utmost importance.
