Tbh you really only need 53 agility for the quest... But i will agree that Brimhaven is the best place.

Im pretty sure granite shield has -0 range attack bonus, and it has great range defense bonuses.

Ruby bolts (e) are almost a must. You wont need to use prayer, but i would highly recommend antipoision(++) to keep your stats from dropping and from being poisioned. Just stand like this.... Friend.KBD.............You

I thought it was 26 construction and 46 crafting? Sapphire bracelets are fast and cheap when it comes to crafting exp. Just wing it on construction. Try doing tears of guthix quest?
