70 prayer, 85 herb, 80 ranged, and 68 summoning would be immensely helpful. Just use bandos/armadyl/subjugation as armor. Chaotic Claws (maul?), Chaotic Staff, and a Royal Crossbow would be your weapons of choice.

Hello fellow TF2 trader. =p If you enjoyed playing back in 07 and having your stats reset back to level 1, you might like 07scape. You have to be a paying member to access the 07scape servers (so no f2p), and the servers in 07 and normal RS are not linked in any way, shape, or form. Your items will still be in your inventory, and you can even put them in your bank as they won't count against your 87 bank spaces. The new combat system is much different, but I really can't compare it to other games since I don't play other games. As for the player base, its.... alright I guess.
