Grim grins as he takes of in his F-14 and circles the base. On his second time around he lets loose a missile at the air traffic control tower before speeding off.

Grim smiles as he guides the helicopter to the ground safely while releasing a salvo of stinger missiles at nex's helicopter. He then goes into an F-14 and takes off.

I am of the mind that we should ban as few techs as possible. Anyways the ballpark figure I set up would be 300 million per fighter (way low but i digress) and 500 million per bomber.

Well for certain players (read me doom and dungeonal) it would make sense that the neighbors/allies of the countries that we captured were to attack us.

Grim easily dodges the explosives and shoots some well lined up shots with his rifle at nex.

Heh looks like I was the first person on this thread to have stratos fighters/bombers (just finished research a day or two ago). Anyways there are ways to keep an EMP from wrecking you. The best way in my opinion is to always have a back up (like a second super computer in an underground complex protected by several faraday cages) or just use several shielded underground complexes for your super computer possibly with land lines connecting them.

Actually if I remeber my (now deleted Pms) correctly you had to go through several walls to get to the main part of my country (and a couple million mines by sea). Thinking back I should have just rammed my ships into your planets and screamed "GRIM SMASH@!@!@!"
