  1. my guess would be around 1/8000 idiot. There is such a thing as drop rate. Though people misinterpret it as meaning every time you don't get a good drop your probability of getting one the next time improves. The chance of getting a visage on a single kill is always the same. If you were to try to calculate the probability of getting a visage in 8000 kills using 1/8000 as the theoretical drop rate you could just take the chance of not getting 7999/8000 multiplied by itself by the number of kills your doing. The chance of not getting a visage in 8000 kills if the drop rate is 1/8000 is (7999/8000)^8000=0.367856448 Take (1-0.367856448)*100 to get the percent change of getting a visage in 8000 kills. ~63.2% If you were to kill 4000 without a drop you should not expect 63.2% chance of getting them on your next 4000. That is a common misconception among RS players. You are never guaranteed a drop no matter how many you kill. Since the drop rate is so small the best anyone can do is provide a guess.
  2. IP address have nothing to do with your action presidence. You might be thinking of pid. Which was used primarily in rsc as a way judge how easily you could catch someone while pking. In rs2 it isn't really needed. pid was given to a player upon connection to a server. you needed a hacked client to even find out what your pid was. People would use bots to repeatedly log in and out until there pid was low. those same people usually used autocatchers to make pking easier for them but lame for everyone else. Your IP address was in no way used to determine what your pid would be. The difference in connections was so slight that latency has a much bigger impact on action order.
  3. I think Abberrant Spectres work. didnt work can you ask him what he did? come on people give me ideas!
  4. tried and it didnt work
  5. according to a wiki the stews dont affect summoning.
  6. Is there any way to reduce summoning so i can do the frem diary without doing wolf whistle. Ive tried getting diseased but it takes a very long time and ive tried attacking basilisks but they dont reduce sum. I know ive had 0/1 before but i dont remember what i did. also if i have 0/1 summong can i use the summoning obilisks or do i need to have completed wolf whistle to use them?
  7. Did you know there is a bug that lets you keep untrimmed capes with multiple 99s. Simply drop them just before you level a skill to 99 and pick it back up after. But if you buy another it will be trimmed. I thought you had to die with it and then, while it's still in the grave, level up and buy your cape? I'm pretty sure that as long as its not in your inventory, equiped, or banked it wont change to trimmed. You could be right though.

  9. you should get 80 attack and 52 prayer because then youll max at level 100 with 99 hp and strength
  10. youll probly need to get a flatscreen tv. most monitors dont have composite inputs but some tvs have vga inputs.
  11. There is a browser called prism that is made specifically for that type of thing. Its basically a toned down version of firefox that is made for online apps. It doesnt have an address bar, menu bar, or status bar since it is normally used for single webpages like google apps or runescape. http://labs.mozilla.com/2007/10/prism/ Its what I use and I love it. It uses less memory than firefox and it runs another instance of xulrunner so if your firefox browser crashes your runescape window wont. Edit: also you dont need those older versions of java. For some reason when the java autoupdates on windows it leaves the previous versions installed.
  12. I had the same problem as you. There is a bug in version 1.6. Just remove the sun-java6-plugin package and install the sun-java5-plugin in synaptic.
