Since trade limit is based on quest points I think people with a quest cape should have a 100k limit. As if bots could do all the effort to do all quests.

That's not the point i'm trying to explain. I mean that Neity helm doesn't have any negative bonusses so it is perfect for hybriding? But I do get your point that people who are willing to lose 10m won't make a point of spending that extra few mills on a slightly better helm. But that doesn't stop the neiti helm from being a very good helmet.

It's debatable and up to Zapp to decide whether it is the exception but I believe it doesn't go with godswords and high level armour because it is used by welfarers and people who want some cheap helm to do the job. Also it doesn't do the job of the best items in that slot. Something like verac's helm or statius full helm is used by alot of hardcore pkers who skull in maxed mage or maxed melee armour want the defence bonuses over the str. I'd also like to request verac helm being updated to Class A. I still think a Neitiznot helm is better then verac's helm. I do agree however that verac's helm needs to be updated. Statius full helm and Verac's Helm both have negative magic bonusses, neitiznot however does not. It's really a multipurpose helmet that can fit many roles very good. Other than that it even has the Str bonus of a statius full helm and the prayer bonus of veracs helm. It only has worser melee defence stats but it has, as I mentioned earlier, a mage defense bonus. I think Neity really deserves that spot in the A-tier. Edit: Noeeees don't bump down xD Yes it is useful but when your risking something like 15M in equipment such as a hybrid does they use the verac helm for the defence bonuses because they want the better chance of not getting hit 70 by an AGS or 50+ by d stone e bolts. Therefore the neit does not fit in with something like full ahrims, mage book, and master wand but it does fit in with the other helms such as berserker and warrior. Wouldn't it make sense for a hybrid to use a neitiznot helm since it has no negative bonusses? Just mentioning.

"Of course, there are exceptions to these rules." This means if an item is cheap or doesn't have really high req but still does the job the best of all items in that slot it could belong to that tier.

Helm of neitiznot is your pvping helm of choice, only a warrior or torag's helm can sometimes proof more useful. (D claw rushing, tanking) It should stay where it is.

Investing might be a good idea if you only look at your own but it wil only cause the prices to rise more and more... And we knows what happens after a price rises for a long period... It will crash eventually.

The way i see it however, this isnt really going to change negativly. Instead of getting a Dbow Drop now, I get like 800k in exchangeable non-GE items, which I can trade directly into cash for what I need in supplies, which makes pker's happy. No pker wants a drop which they have to wait 3 days to sell on min due to clans merchanting them. This keeps the Dbow prices up, possibly even slightly higher than they used to be, and keeps skillers happy. The only problem is more cash comming into the game, which is not *REALLY* a long term problem. When people tend to have more cash, they buy things like 99 range/mage, from skillers, which in turn eventually get that GP trained into skills like summoning, or construction, or player kingdoms, which drain it from the game. So yes, it will make more GP come into the game in the short term, but in the long term the more GP people have, the more they spend it, and the more it leaves the game. And then you have people with piles of 100-800M in their bank. I do admit that you have a point, however I think that more cash in the game is not good for people who don't buy their skills. They did however, without a doubt, influence the economy once again without really needing so. That's my point of view, I don't force you to believe it though =)

I don't think the new PvP drops are a good decision: -More "Special items" leave the market through PvP -Less "Special items" enter the market through PvP -Seemingly, pvping earns you more money with the new loot drops -> more cash enters the economy Conclusion: "Special items" wil steadily rise as there is a bigger potential of people buying them (more cash) and there is a smaller supply of them. (not to mention players who will buy at max trying to make some profit.) I think especially the DFH will rise, as it only other drop is from pyre ships and the mithril dragons and it is extremely rarely dropped by these.

How can those loot drops possibly replace a DFS or DFH drop =O Kind of weird O_o

I think the Rune Defender should be in Class A, does a real good job of breaking your opponents defences down. Especially with a DDS spec or whip. And it's the best offensive shield, after all.

I don't think so, since it's not an instance, it's just a normal area only you get no gravestone (and there is a pretty nasty beast lol ;) )

They get what they deserve. Merching CC's make it hard to buy items on the Grand Exchange. I once needed to wait one week to buy a saradomin sword on med, because a CC was merching it. So I think it's good Jagex is finally taking action against them.
