PS3 Price Cuts or Bust
After I bought a wireless adapter and a year's Live there wasn't THAT much of a price difference. If you shop around you can get some pretty good deals. And backwards compatability available via an update is a possibility. Personally I like some of the exclusive games more than the 360. But taking games online is where the 360 really eclipses the PS3. However PSN is free, functional, and Sony are making efforts to improve it. I think the gap is narrowing between the 360 and PS3 even without the price cut.

Call of Duty: World at War
Clans are actually quite a lot worse on the proper consoles. The biggest reason is that you can actually speak to each other. If you're playing ground war and a party of 9 joins the lobby all with the same initials in their names then you've probably lost already. Because they can talk to each other they can tell each other where people are, where to bring up tanks, when objectives are clear, and just generally co-ordinate their actions a hell of a lot better than a group of strangers, even if they have their mics on.

Call of Duty: World at War
When I used to play I had the most kills with the Type 99. Not only does it beast but you can attach a bayonet. It takes too long to reload though. I was pissed off that it wasn't available in Zombies.

Maybe on Makin Day.

Call of Duty: World at War
I play games as a hobby so Ray's statements annoy me.

Call of Duty: World at War
You started it by claiming the Wii is something its not.

Exactly Then why did you reply?

Call of Duty: World at War
He said proper consoles. Yeah Skully that was fixed a few months ago. I think they just removed the ability to use them when you're lying down rather than actually fix the glitch. Its a shame it never worked in Zombies or it would have been amazing.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
The Russians did the largest amount of work in WW2. 20 million plus dead, and something like 3/4 German soldiers died on the eastern front. If the maps are too small for sniping you can still put ACOGs on them. Germany did the largest amount of work in WW2... And then either Russia or Japan, followed by Britain. I thought we were only talking about the Allies. And yeah it was a non-agression pact, which also divided up Poland. So yeah that lasted until Hitler "rushed" Russia in 1941. But all of this would be more relevant in the WaW thread.

Games Franchises that Should Give Up
ODST as DLC would be fine. A fully priced game then no. Especially with Reach on the horizon.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Yeah but i've never actually seen anybody bother to do it. But then I don't go down there often. I really have no idea how this guy got on top of Crossfire. I think he did the one where you jump on the oven on to the ledge, then run in mid air over to the tall buildings. I didn't think it was possible without old school on. The hilarious thing was that it took him ages to do it and then he got sniped as soon as he took position on the roof.

Call of Duty: World at War
And this works in online play? Even by cod5's standards that's pretty messed up.

Call of Duty: World at War
You stand opposite someone on an enemy team and try to bayonet them. If you time it right and jump as you lunge at them you can fly into the air. It might not work as its been removed from the proper consoles. Heres an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ud4GYhbuOFg

What movie(s) did you last see?
The 13th Warrior. Weird as hell but entertaining.

Call of Duty: World at War
Try bayonet jumping. It's been removed from the proper versions but if its not been patched you might still be able to do it.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Lol some guy managed to glitch into the pipes on Pipeline today. Thats the only time i've ever seen somebody do a proper glitch on cod4, apart from one time where a guy managed to get on top of the large buildings at the bottom of Crossfire.

Lol.

Call of Duty: World at War
Thought we were talking about real life. But that is hard on the Wii cause the lag can vary from little to HUGE. I saw no indication we were talking about real life.

Call of Duty: World at War
Shooting people while they're moving is one of the things I would say makes a "real" sniper. If you can only get kills while people are standing still then you suck.

Call of Duty: World at War
There are 4 on the match. 2 Panzers and 2 Russian ones, T34s I think. Its basically just the first to get in them. They respawn periodically. They're massively overpowered as they can take too many hits before going down, and people often ignore them. On the whole you're better off without them, and are a contributing factor to why COD4 absolutely pisses on WaW. 3rkid I think theres 4 on outskirts

I always used ordnance training as the vehicle perk. The extra speed on the cannon is VITAL for winning tank battles. Taking cover comes into it as well though.

Call of Duty: World at War
I prefer gassing people for lulz rather than teamkilling. And Ray the clans probably don't teamkill you back because they don't want to get kicked rather than due to maturity.
