  1. Pfffffff, why stop at 100m firemaking? Just do 200m. If the colour red encountered blue in PvP, who would win? Hope you get the essence of that question...
  2. First thing I thought when I read the new update was: RuneScape now has a constitution? I personally coulnd't think of a worse name to give it. Also the fact that they stated that 'zero's are only makes matter worse for me. Not that i'm a die-hard combat player, but I just think it's all really unnessecary to make changes like this only to have 3/4 of the players complaining about it.

    Skill Capes

I'm sorry Poopingman, but don't you realise that half the in-game community is around the age of 12/13? They don't care if you enjoy the game the way you do, they just judge you by their own 'standards', unfair as they might be. It's stupid and and everything which comes with it, but do you really expect otherwise? I do agree on your statement that Skill capes have become a priority goal in RuneScape rather than the fun of leveling but that's just (as you pointed out) due to poor management over at Jagex. My advice would just be go continue to play how you like it best, and don't let anybody tell you otherwise.
  4. Firemaking does have some use, but not a whole lot. I'm just dissapointed that Jagex doesn't take the time to use all it's potential, because it could be made so much better..
  5. It's always funny (and very predictable) to see that the people without any skillcapes look down upon all the skillcapes that are relatively common. But anyway, I personally think the least-admirable skill cape(s) are the ones you can buy. And yes, with that I include prayer as well. I know that I got buyable skillcapes, but I don't brag about them nor do I find them a real achievement. I just got them to look nice. Fun fact: Strenght is the most common skillcape, in case you thought cooking was!
  6. I believe it's the same as in real life. People like to hang around with people who are cooler/more experienced than themselves. This way they feel accepted and suppirior over other people around their combat (most of times). I regulary hang in FTP and I have so much experience with low levels that I can decide in a few minits whether someone is just out to have a good time on RS or just a major suck up
  7. First, at 200M xp the level you technically have is 126. Secondly, Jagex put a limit to the ammount of XP one can have because otherwise people will just kill themselves over the goal of getting the most xp. I dont think Jagex wants to be accountable for someones death. I dont think the XP for 99 should be raised, any more XP wouldt make it wourth to get the cape.
  8. First off, P2P PvP is very random. Nearly everyone uses a different style of combat and armour. High levels usually use either melee (with Gs etc.) or acients. So to awsner your question, no. Moving on to levels. To be a high level range/2h you need at least 40 attack, 70 def, 43 pray and 90 ranged. I dont believe Range/2h is such a good combination. With a decent STR level you basically knock em out of the park, unless they have 80+ ranged which no1 in FTP really has. If you want to find out your CBT level and the effect level ups have, go to the special calculator section on the tip.it site. About mage. If you are a pure in FTP most people you will encounter will be pures as well. Most pures wear d' hide because of its good defence bonuses. This makes mage pretty useless because most people have a positive mage defence (+50 or something). In members however, (using ice burst and tele block) mage is very effective to any enemy. Defence tankers are not as usefull if you mostly solo. They are effective in a group because you can take all the hits of the enemies. Solo however, becomes very difficult. Hope this awnsers your questions. Feel free to ask if you got more questions :)
  9. ------Before you read this, this message may be offending for some people, including people who adore the sandich lady.------ I got to get this of my chest. I would like decapitate the sandwichlady with a SGS using the special attack and piety prayer. After that I would feed her body to hellhounds and go to the G.E and enjoy a bread roll or a kebab.
  10. Depends really. If they act in a normal, mature way then I sometimes talk to them. If otherwise, i just ignore them or add them on ignore
  11. I'd say skills. You can hardly "buy" any skills, it takes actuall effort and time to raise the skills to a decent level, next to money making. which you can get millions of GP in days.
