Currently I am level 65 magic and I want to raise it to 70 using High Alchemy. Does anybody have a suggestion on what do alc so that I don't lose any money? Thanks!

I believe that 120 Dungeoneering is a sign that you actually mastered the game, from top to bottom. You're not forced to get 120, you're already a master at 99, 120 is optional. That's seems like a very plausible reason why Jagex decided to put a lvl 120 in the game. Though i'm still waiting for the day people with 200M XP in a skill finally get some recognition.

Great, I've always wanted to come on RuneScape only to see my XP dissapear..

The new skill will be the guessing skill. It will help users in wasting time they could normally use to get a decent grade in school.

If you know you were going to lose money why did you train it in the first place?

Obviously 200M in each skill is possible (mind you that new skills might be released). But the only thing that in my mind stops players from getting it, is the closing-down of runescape at some point in the future.
