What is the set-up for the "perfect" house (if I had 99 construction)?

Im saving the hammers for adamant platebodies. Does anyone know if the charge goes down for the amount of things you make or the the exp you gain? Say if I made 400 bronze daggers that got me 20k exp and I made 50 mithril platebodies which got me 20k exp, would the charge be the same?

Any other ways...?

What is the best way to get smithing up from 73-88? Without using SC hammers.

Yep, maple longs (u). I did them from 97-99 and got about 35k longs which is about 5m in junk.

What's the best way to get from 53-80 Agility?

I would personally do maple longs as its a very good way to make junk and you will probably need it some time in the future.

You have to use the herbs on him. You cannot use clean herbs, only grimy. Good Luck :P

Farming is also a pretty good money maker (so long as your herbs don't die :P).

Ohh.. and I can get about 4 needles per hour, that mean 472 d'hide bodies per hour. I lose about 904gp per body so that's 106k saved per needle. So 420k saved per hour!?! Is that about right?

Might be because most of the children who play runescape are at school at the moment. Wait until the holidays and they should bounce up to about 400gp/ea again because the children will want to get 99 cooking before the breaks over. I would keep hold of them for now, I've got about 6k monks in the bank atm. Lol :P

If I could choose, I would rather make money and get other skills up than playing SC. I just wanted to know which would be faster.

Do you think its worth playing stealing creation for the needles to make crafting cheaper? Or should I just make money and get crafting up the regular way? Which will be faster? Getting enough needles for 90-99 craft or making 30m to pay for it (I can make around 120k per hour)?

I've never done penguin points before. Could someone tell me how to?

I am trying to get from 61-70 summoning. I don't really want to do any combat, so I'm relying on penguin points and exp lamps. Is there any fast way to get exp lamps, and are there any clans that tell you where the penguins are? And are there any other ways of getting summoning exp without combat?

I think the fastest way would be smithing gold bars with goldsmith gauntlets. Thats what I did anyway... With SC hammer it would probably be faster. Maybe make mithril platebodies?

I know that cutting teaks at ape atol with an adze is good exp for firemaking and woodcutting. But is it a good idea to cut teaks with a rune axe, then burn them?

28-44 Fire runes 44-54 Nature runes 54-82 Law Runes 82-91 Double Astrals 91-99 Double Natures That way will make the most money. Use rune essence for crafting the fires and pure essence for everything else. I hate using the Abyss so I am planning on crafting nats from 44-82, then I will switch to double astrals.
