Do Lobsters from 78-81, Swordies 81-90, Monks 90-93/4, Rockfish 93-99 or Sharks 94-99, It's about 5M loss, and it took me 5 days.

Rocktails are better xp and gp per hour than monkfish.

For those who are wondering, at 90 fishing, I get around 45k exp per hour, and 250k gp per hour.
