I saw a link on Facebook that I didnt click on that claimed if Sony raises enough money through voluntary donations, they'll release it for digital download. I'm frustrated how many people aren't considering this is all just a hoax. If even so much as seen people say "I didnt want to see this movie that bad, but seeing all this controversy I really want to". Word for word. God people are chumps. The Verge has an article on there site right now saying no online distributor has stepped forward to offer distribution but they had a quote in the article from a statement that Sony made about the future of the film. TL;DR: Sony will eventually release The Interview just not on Christmas day as originally planned.

I think movie theaters voiced concern and with all of Sony's trouble with the recent hack, it's a smart move to delay it. A straight to VoD is probably what will happen later next year. Maybe move it to a summer blockbuster since it's almost promised to make money now.

So true. Witness 10, who's story best lined up with Officer Wilson that was frequently referenced too by the prosecuting attorney was 100 yards away when he was first interviewed by the police, but told the grand jury he was only 50 yards away.

Rule Change - Larger Signatures
stevepole replied to Randox's topic in Announcements, Rules and Security Warnings!
Total mental lapse on my part, it's been a busy day, my apologies to Arceus. I don't have a problem with wide signatures, it's tall ones that annoy the shit out of me because of how how much they stretch the page. Is there a way to allow users to selectively hide staff signatures? I'm not given an option to hide anyone's signature from the moderating team. -

Rule Change - Larger Signatures

Not a huge fan of larger dimensions, but I'm not going to lose sleep over it. Dear Arceus, You signature is 430 pixels too tall. when you read dimensions it's width by height. Please adjust properly. -Steve -
They are, but if Steve can prove he was dehydrated and they denied him just a glass of water, which he would have paid for (presumably) then they have some fault in his condition. Leaving that aside, runner comes into store for drink and then passes out blocks away after being thrown out isn't exactly good PR. Exactly, it'd be a horrible PR disaster. I'm just glad I made it home alright and this is now all hypothetical.

I wasn't planning on running an extra 5 miles yesterday, but it was nice out and my body felt good, but had I stayed more on the route I originally planned I knew where a water fountain was about a 1.5 before the Coffee Bean. If I had passed out somewhere and had to be taken to a hospital, I would probably have found a way to get Coffee Bean to cover the medical expenses, whatever they'd have been.

I was on a long run today and around the 13th mile I stopped at a Coffee Bean to get a cup of water because I was starting to suffer from dehydration. I got kicked out after 5 minutes of waiting in line because I didn't have a shirt on/ or one with me. I didn't bother arguing with it cause of the the classic saying "No shirt, no shoes, no service" but I was hoping after a quick plea saying I'm 13 miles into a run & I'm sucking on salt (your mouth and lips become salty when you're dehydrated) might be enough to have the barista go against her manager's request to not serve me, but it didn't work, so I left and finished the remaining 2 miles of my run without passing out.

I can't think of any services that'd help, but It doesn't sound like something that'd be incredibly hard for anyone to build. Of course asking the wise people of T&C would have been my go to move.. http://forum.tip.it/forum/29-tech-and-computers/ :geek:

Yeah thought so ha, the U-district location is good, but not the best because it probably has about the fewest chairs and is the busiest. Capital Hill's location is my favorite when I'm home, I've never left disappointed. I also went to Rudy's but the location here in Silver Lake, Los Angeles.

The same thing pretty much happened to me yesterday too. I went in for a hair cut with the idea to just touch up what I had going on, a grown out undercut/tight fade hybrid like cut. I told the guy not to take any length off top but texturize it a bit to cut my dead ends or whatever. By the time he turned me around to face the mirror, he had cut off up to an inch and a half of growth on top. By the end of the cut, I left with a pretty generic, conservative haircut. I bite the bullet, walked back to the place a few hours later and had the same guy trim my sides down super short to attempt to get my top to side hair ratio back to what it was before it was butchered. I'm not a Macklemore, but with my glasses I look like Jack Antonoff from Fun, which is so far from what I was going for.. but hair does grows back. Where did you go? Rudys?

I still need to put together a costume for tomorrow. I'm thinking I'll go find some demon horns in the morning then hit a goodwill and find a Hawaiian shirt I can throw under a old blazer I already own and some cut up shorts and be a vacationing demon.

If your grease is dried up by the time your done eating, you eat too god damn slow. Pouring grease into your garbage is ok, wiping with a paper towel is ok, throwing it out your window is ok. However as a renter, I personally don't care, so I pour my grease down my drain. Saw John Wick tonight, awesome action flick. There was a Q/A after the film with Keanu Reeves, the writer, producer, & two directors. I learned that Keanu just a hilarious, goofy guy, thats down to have fun. He impromptu created a drinking game for John Wick on the spot. Of course if you followed his rules, you'd be drunk after the first big action sequence.

They boasted speeds for all price points in my area. I've been paying $60 a month for the 30/5, which now turned into the 200/20. I was skeptical that I may see a price hike, but if you were to sign up for a new internet plan today with the new speeds, Time Warner's highest tier of internet is 300/20 mbps for $65 (limited availability), second tier is 100/10 for $65, then third tier 30/5 for $55. So I don't expect a price hike.
