the only reason they say you're a def noob is because your defence is too high from them to hit you ;) good thing yes?

Does anyone have a list of quests and achivement diaries that give exp lamps, and how much they give? :D pretty please?

i don't understand it either, i have a few accounts but that's because i keep getting hacked >_

They should get attack and def pots imo, they're almost useless in p2p and very few people buy them. And why not a new quest? Rune mysteries was their last one..... Although it was nice of Jagex to give them the holiday quests even if it was only for a little while :)
