From ardy take the ship to brimhaven. Head south until you're in karajama. You'll need find a route right to the bottom once you're at the bottom use axe/machete to chop the trees and bushes. You should be inside.

I advise you to just stick to ogres in king lathas training area, then again there might be arrow thieves but thats the best place since its easy to get your arrows back.

Well... it costs an extra 3 dollars using paypal compared to the credit card and if you use any other option you would have to pay more then $5. I would advise you to use credit card unless you dont mind paying extra. Well.. the party was fun :P for the whole party i was following phil i ended up picking a black kite (G) which was so shiny that i didnt want to drop and i picked up the 500k that he dropped :) but then i just bought some rune items and dropped them to keep the remains of the party alive o.o.
