Not only does every pure, but every player one some point in their RS career started off at the bottom, including yourself. Not every pure starts nooby because if you are wise you make a main go on with that and then develop skills to make a pure - I.E 1 deffence blah blah. But in theory yes all noobs start nooby now because of the Damn trade limit. Back in the day mains would drop trade their pure obby capes glories ... ect... at a low level. But most pures nowadays have a skill to back them up Such as high fishing,wc,fletching to get them the funds necessary to be called a pure.

Mate, don't do chins until 85 range + it'll be a waste of money yet still you'll receive great xp. I went from 70 to 77 but i lost more than 4m... don't do it until 85. And make sure you have full void when you are doing it. And for were to do it- Monkey skeletons in the MM dungeon
