  1. Lol. What else would you be chopping down if you were woodcutting?
  2. Lol at people and THEIR rocks.
  3. I agree whole heartedly with getting tokens if the opposition forfeits. My main problem with the game is that people just take it far too seriously though.
  4. There are [puncture]s on both P2P and F2P servers though. I have seen countless members on F2P servers acting elitist and dismissing everyone as nubs. In reality though most of my friends are F2P and are vehemently against getting members as they thinks its easier (which I agree with).
  5. I think this answers it. I completely agree with that. It took forever for me to get to level 58 mining before i quit. Then when i finally came back, mining (and a lot of other skills) were pretty much automated. Mining was easier in RSC than it is now... In fact, it's one of the few (maybe only) skills that was easier (based on using the same methods now as then e.g. Powermining iron), since when you mined a rock and your inventroy was full, you'd mine the rock, and the ore would drop to the ground. Not necessarily. As of now, you have to click the rock once until you obtain an ore, but before you had to keep clicking til you finally obtained the ore. Another example is firemaking. Back then there was only one type of log, so it took a ages to increase your firemaking level.

  7. Mining and fishing took forever compared to now, so it was much more challenging. I also remember when certain rune items started to be smithed...e.g. rune battleaxes and 2 handers and everyone would talk about them The community was generally much nicer as well, with there being only 3 worlds.
  8. I signed up in late 2001 prior to there even being a members. When members came out i got a 6 month subscription and quit within 3 months. I only just started again, so for me to go back to members, it feels like im selling out a bit as when i first started was when i had heaps of good memories and fun.
  9. bluerose13x I remember bumping into her(?) training on lessers back in 2001 or 2002 and going absolutely nuts also an honourable mention to loralee who was pretty famous for cooking back then as well.
