  1. How is it the same? If it's true then everyone in Dungeoneering would be using rapiers, and very few will use other weps, let alone ranged/magic. <_< And styles DO make a massive difference.
  2. Actually, even when the level mod does say 10%, it will still give you only 9% at the total modifier. Rounding glitch, methinks.
  3. Really? Because right now not even 108k players are ranked (107077). But meh who cares. Yeah 50 is the goal I'm going for. I want to bind a second item.
  4. Perhaps what the OP is saying that there's a glitch with the dinosaurs, that killing (not hunting) them will lower your exp? Though I don't see the evidence for this either.
  5. Hmm I don't think so. You'll just have to see if anyone is advertising on w61. And by the way, it's much better to play normal games in GOP. I usually join yellow and win nearly every single match.
  6. If they're going to implement voice acting in Runescape, they should only do it to quest cutscenes and stuff. It would be really annoying to hear voices in normal play, though that's just me. <_<
  7. I just use water blast for killing these dudes. All I can buy from the shop is a tangle gum staff anyways, so yeah. <_< Once I reach 50 Dungeoneering I'm going to go bind a fire staff, and a spinebeam longbow (the frac spear can go die, I don't need any more melee exp). I have 125 frac arrows bound atm. Oh and btw, should I bind a fire staff or a catalytic staff?
  8. Forget 90+ capped exp, how about members' doors on a F2P world? I have no problem with 100+ doors, since they only occur to bonus rooms. But members doors? Sometimes I'm unable to finish a dungeon because of it. <_< Also, some pure F2Pers got agility exp due to ex-members doing the agility maze puzzle, with shared exp on. And the reason why I ONLY want Fletching to become F2P is because of the following reasons: - You can make melee and magic stuff. No ranged stuff? - In dungeoneering, ranged/magic are at a disadvantage with weapons (bows/arrows/staffs require fletch) - It's a noob 99, as most members say. So I suggest the following: - Can only fletch shortbows/longbows up to maple, and arrows up to adamant. - Can only fletch bows/arrows/staffs up to tier 5 (spinebeam/fractite) in Dungeoneering. - Smithing: Smith arrowtips. - Flax field: Perhaps add one in Falador? It ought to make that place more popular. What I don't want (just about everything else that has been suggested): - More bank space: If you are complaining about this, you have organization issues. - Other P2P skills: They just don't fit in IMO. - Chaos altar: What's the point? - Green dragons: Dungeoneering already has frost/green/iron, and since it makes too much money on P2P it will make F2P moneymaking too easy. - Yew bow/rune arrows: Maple longbow sight says hi. - Armor: Melee and ranged are good enough, magic just requires you to play a not-so-hard to learn minigame. - More quests/diaries: I'll be happy if they are given by Jagex, but I personally don't care. - Skillcapes: No, just no. - More minigames: Dungeoneering is already a great "minigame", as is FOG and GOP. I don't think we need anymore. - Crossbows: Again, maple longbow sight says hi. - Blue dragonhide: Just, no. - Easier ways to train prayer: Do you honestly need that high of a prayer level in F2P? - Boss monsters: Dungeoneering bosses say hi. And some actually require strategy. - Certain members' areas: Again, no point. - Spears/Claws/Halberds: ... - Poison: Yeah, go ahead and add something that will be VERY annoying. The ONLY other thing that should be given to F2P are boots up to rune, but I could care less about it tbh.
  9. 1M in cash. >.< Dunno about token recharge cost though. Also, in a medium dungeon Zhong and I encountered a full argonite warrior AND a full katagon warrior (both in separate rooms of course). I thought those were supposed to be members?
  10. 40 Dungeoneering reached! Unfortunately I logged off too early so I messed up the pic.
  11. If that's the case, then why in the world is there no time limit for Runescape's free version? Oh yes we do. We have a right to give opinions on anything. Free players are players too, and some are actually smarter at suggesting than most members. When F2Pers ask for something, they never mention anything too extreme (summoning or most other memb skills) - they always mention things that make sense to the free game (fletching, chaos altar). You see how most F2Pers ask for the same stuff? Because in the end, it is Jagex's decision. Even members don't have a lot of choice in what Jagex does. So you're comparing us F2Pers to crap like McDonald's? What kind of stereotype is that? Oh and also, keep in mind I'm not that good at flame wars like these. I sometimes wish there wasn't even a P2P game. That way, there wouldn't be all those elitism crap.
  12. Well, blame me for only starting not even 2 years ago and taking over half a year break inbetween. <_< And yeah, Dungeoneering made Runescape combat perfectly balanced. Go spears!
  13. Youmu replied to Romy's topic in Off-Topic
Hmm, mature? Most people my age definitely aren't like that. Ok, enough of the obvious. Really, "maturity" is subjective. You might be 20 years old and still pull pranks on your teachers, or you might be a 9 year old antisocial. It depends a whole lot really.
  14. I like strategy in games like these more. It just makes it more fun. Tank and spank is too boring imo, and that's why I don't really like training regular combat.
  15. For the equipment: - Melee: Fractite spear. - Ranged: Spinebeam longbow. - Magic: Catalytic/fire staff. For ammo: - Ranged: 125 fractite arrows. (Preferred) - Magic: 125 death runes. Binding armor isn't a good idea, as for some bosses, it is highly recommended (Stomp, Lexius Runewright, Rammernaut) or even required (Astea Frostweb) to switch styles.
  16. It would be really cool to have katanas for melee, shurikens (lol) and boomerangs for ranged, and wands for magic. And the knife is technically kunai. They should have lightsabres too. Jagex went in somewhat of the right direction when they released rapiers, but it turns out they were only regular swords. <_< Speaking of Daemonheim weaponry, why no crossbows? D:
  17. Exactly. The accuracy is simply too ridiculous to make up for the slow speed. Oh and the 14th skill 60+. I do not plan to get Prayer up there, though Dungeoneering might be a possibility.
  18. Well, it's pretty obvious that something like that can be avoided, lol. :P Hehe thanks. You should make some progress with dungeoneering as well, it's really fun! :D Yay, another skill 60+!
  19. Grats on F2P 1300 total!
  20. North Korea has always been a rogue country. They apparently have a nuclear secret, and the leaders like brainwashing their citizens. <_< Of course, North Korea will deny that claim. They don't want their lovely citizens to know they are doing the bad thing. Don't be surprised if more foreign ships sink near North Korea.
  21. Grats on returning your rank as an admin!
  22. Why water strike? You're better off using the Tome of Frost, use earth staff, buy body runes and continue to splash curse monsters. That's more exp than water strike failing. But superheating with the coal bag beats both of those. Do NOT use the nature staff for this, however.
  23. Yes lol, that's why it does such high damage. :P
  24. But still, it would give PvP'ers pretty much unlimited prayer, especially in places like Lumbridge where people don't take the bones.
