  1. Ooh awesome. For me, this skill never ends. But then, which skill doesn't? :P
  2. Or perhaps, don't use it at all, and stock up on food and potions.
  3. You know that a solo dungeon for me already takes 10-15 minutes on small, right? I think that's good enough already.
  4. You can't, unfortunately. Soloers can only do small dungeons.
  5. Except just about all of those advertisers use auto-talkers. Honestly, who wants to just endlessly type this crap all day long?
  6. About your GOP section, I see you said that there's too many variations of strategies. Well, it definitely is random, but not SO random. :P - On small (air, fire, nature) altars, always stand beside the altar, and use the attractor's wand to easily score points. Don't bother with defense (barriers, repelling) here, as you'll just waste your time. - On large (mind, earth, chaos) altars, defense is a must. You can seriously hinder your opponent's orbs if you continue to spam-repel their orbs into a corner. On the earth altar, I've once repelled all 3 opponent's orbs into a small hole and barrier'd them, and the other team only managed to score 1 orb in total. :D - On the medium (water, body) altars, play a mix of both offense and defense. - Craft all essence on the air altar, as you will be getting A LOT here. Also, craft all on body (if F2P) or nature (if P2P). Don't bother with mind, earth, or chaos - craft these at the water, fire/body, and nature altars, respectively. - If your team is at a disadvantage (the other team has 6 players and yours only has 2 or even 1), continue playing! Finishing the game with a low amount of ess and tokens is better than quitting mid-game and getting a time penalty with no tokens.
  7. Dungeoneering irl with my friends would be really awesome. Of course, this involves all the skills/items used in the dungeons.
  8. Tip.It is worth a LOT more than that... (and definitely worth a lot more than all other RS fansites) I'm guessing this is based on the amount of users registered here.
  9. DS?

Youmu replied to Goldenjkered's topic in Off-Topic
One of the major cons of the DS lite is that it breaks easily. However, this shouldn't be a problem if you keep it safe at all times. And a solution to the L button thing: blowing on the L/R buttons when they are broken usually helps.
  10. Ok, I'm here to steer away from this debate for a bit. Is maple longbow with the sight attached better than the maple shortbow? I just wanna know.
  11. You have to finish ALL the floors that are marked as "undone" first, not just the one right before the next level.
  12. Actually, it's because of the fact members have been abusing the F2P dungeoneering system to get extremely fast exp. Jagex aren't deliberately trying to punish F2P, this solution was a last resort (and a lousy one at that).
  13. Then I would probably assume it's random, AND based on what floor. (Deeper = harder, obviously.)
  14. Hehe thank you. :D I unfortunately have ditched my long term goal for 99 rc... in place of 99 dungeoneering! :o But I shall still play some Great Orb Project here and there though.
  15. Hmm, that's odd. Maybe that's why some F2P have agility exp? Anyways, about the bosses. For some reason I encountered a level 60-ish Luminiscent Icefiend now, rather than the usual 40. Is this due to my dungeoneering level?
  16. That's not a very good reason, AND you're being stereotypical of F2P. The REAL reason is simply because you really don't have to use that much stuff in F2P. I'm able to store ALL random event items and all the combat/skilling items I need in my bank, and have a few spaces left over as well. It's not the problem of having too less bank space, it's the problem with your bank organization. Toss out stuff you don't use (holiday items).
  17. Really, I don't see why price manipulation clans are still allowed. Ruining the game for other players... <_< Actually, the main priority is to make all rares untradeable. They are never meant to be like that in the first place, and it really disrupts the market.
  18. Read above, you do realize one of my suggestions was to put ALL players on F2P worlds at a disadvantage, right? And what you just said was a suggestion of mine too. Oh and the F2P 90+ cap came AFTER the update, not before.
  19. Yay 2 more levels. In other news, my Runecrafting guide has reached AoW status! :D
  20. Thank you! :D @ ilovecuttingyews: Actually, ALL my calculations on this guide are based on maximums, not just the GOP one. @ Skittle139: Heh, thanks for pointing it out. I still have to put some images within the minigame subsections... I'll probably get that done as soon as I get bored of Dungeoneering lol.
  21. The latter is not the case, due to the cap. That is why I'm saying it should be fixed. The best solution would be to cap the exp for ALL PLAYERS on ALL F2P WORLDS, which is why I listed it as choice number 1. @ greenmelf: A solo dungeon usually takes like 10-15 minutes, provided I always do complexity 6. Each round I would roughly get 700-1k exp, depending on my luck with the puzzles and bonus rooms. I'm assuming greenmelf and sees_all trains slower than I do now? That just isn't logical, seeing as I'm MUCH lower leveled than either of them. (Combat 84)
  22. On the RS wiki, it says that the agility puzzle can be cleared by F2P with no problem. However, when I click on the first obstacle, guess what it said? "You are unable to cross the obstacle." -_-
  23. So, as you may know, on the day of release, Jagex decided to make some changes to Dungeoneering in F2P. The thread can be found here. So, why exactly am I ranting about this? It is because of these simple facts... 1. This is saying that 95% of F2Pers are just low-leveled? I know for a FACT that's not true, as there's way more than 5% high levels in the F2P population. 2. This "capping" is not just a cap, it's a straight 50% reduction in exp. 3. They ONLY punished players with a combat level over 90 on F2P worlds. I understand why Jagex did this (members training on a F2P world was faster), but why in this manner? This is hurting the legitimate high level F2Pers and ex-members. Also, even high levels can't exactly get through the dungeons that fast. Mainly because of the boss, but there's also stuff like level 54 fractite warriors. Here are the plausible alternatives: 1. Cap the exp for ALL F2Pers and (ex-)members, not just the high level ones. 2. Possibly double the exp on P2P servers. 3. ONLY cap the exp on F2P worlds for those who are currently members (those who still have membership credit). If canceled, the exp will be back to normal. 4. Change the way exp capping works. Instead of a 50% penalty, why not base it on the amount of exp gained in the dungeon? (Not really sure how to explain this...) 5. Possibly make this 50% into a 25% penalty instead, so it wouldn't be so severe.
  24. Whoa, whoa, whoa! A riot?! I think I need to post a rant about this on the rants forum again! (On Tip.It of course.)
  25. Nonono, I mean does the shop sell fractite arrows at complexity 2?
