Fist of Guthix
I don't play F2P FOG anymore (my bank died because of the f2p armor needed), and I can usually dominate even against higher leveled players even with their own nubby little "no running" fetish. Moral of the story: Get strategy or get out. Seriously, with a single defensive maneuver as the hunted, I can usually get an extra 200 charges before they even see me. Then again, maybe the only reason I can dominate is because I'm a welfare TDs trained hybrid. I put welfare in there because, well, if you want even moderately fast kills at TDs with welfare equipment and about 71 range, you've gotta be fast. The other moral: Get protection prayers and some def armor against all styles. Carry rune + dhide in your inventory when you're the hunted, it really helps if you can switch to block the style you're being attacked with.
